Everything was wonderful!

Spent 2 nights at this hotel. I expected the room to be cleaned, refreshed, dirty towels taken out, and garbage removed while out running errands. This was not the case. The front desk told me we were expected to let them know if we wanted the room clean. In addition, she did not even offer to clean the room or take out the dirty towels after the fact. Extremely disappointed by this experience. This is not the tyoe of stay I expect from this hotel chain. I will look elsewhere next time when visiting Decatur, Alabama. At least the Red Roof Inn ckeans their rooms!

The room was filthy, the ceiling fan had caked up dirt on it, there was mold on the ceiling, the bed post was broken and you could clearly tell it had been broken for a while, the property is skating by on its name, and the fact that it used to be a premier destination. I checked out early and they would not give me a credit for the unused nights, don’t stay here

Refrigerator was noisy kicking on and off all night. Microwave handle was sticky. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Could not get TV to change channels. Couch was stained and needed to be cleaned.

The room had a kitchenette, which was nice, but unnecessary for a one night stay. Breakfast was sub-par. Hot food was not fresh cooked, but rather a film-covered microwaveable meal. No biscuits, potatoes, gravy, and no juice machine as one has become accustomed to at other Hilton locations.

Room had fleas.

Stayed here for a basketball tournament. Very nice hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Nice big suits. A little trouble with the toilet but maintenance fixed the problem. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful and friendly.

From check in to check out EVERY staff member I came across was very friendly and pleasant. The location was great for the downtown event I attended. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. I saw several guests and the parking lot had many cars, but once in the room I didn't hear anything. The room had plenty of space and was comfortable, as well.

Was given a different room with less beds than booked. Bumped due to over booking? Quite unacceptable Breakfast buffet pretty much had nothing ready. Always empty Room had soaking wet carpet from ac unit, blinds controls weren’t working in front room

The rooms could definitely use a face lift. We had mold growing on the ceiling of our room and the areas around the ac units were soaking wet. Over all the room was clean and comfortable though. The staff was AMAZING and so friendly! The breakfast sandwiches were pretty good!

This hotel is old and falling apart. The entire place smells like cat pee. Surrounding area is not the best neighborhood. Not worth the price

Nice overnight stay on the way down to Panhandle. Unfortunately we got woken up to a fire alarm so that ruined the sleep but the hotel is great for a night.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. The only negative thing was, on Saturday morning at 5:00 a.m. the fire/smoke detectors started going off and kept going off for a while. It happened again Sunday, it was later (approximately 8:00 am). My understanding is it was something from the kitchen. Other than that our stay was excellent. I would stay there again.

Amazing staff! Beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were extremely spacious!

We have often stayed at Home2 Suites on our way to Destin. This year we checked in New Year's Eve and left the next morning on New Years Day. When we reserved our room, a hot breakfast was promised to us which we have enjoyed in the past. Unfortunately, all we were offered New Years morning was a bowl of cold cereal and milk. When I questioned the young lady working at the desk she explained that everyone had the day off so there was no one to get the breakfast ready. She was the only person working that morning. I was disappointed that because it was a holiday, everyone got off but one unfortunate worker who had to handle everyone and everything by herself. She was very kind and responsive, but unfortunately left in a not good situation. If almost everyone gets off on a holiday, then why is the hotel open? I was very disappointed by the service we received and feel that for what we paid, we did not receive what was promised us. The sack breakfasts served during the pandemic were better than cold cereal and coffee brewed hours earlier. I did leave a phone message with the manager about this.

The suite was clean, staff was extra helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend this location.

Fairly new building, great service... but just down the street from the waste water treatment plant. I would stay there again though.

Property was very clean updated very nicely trendy and very modern

The staff was so great - friendly and efficient. We loved being on the water to see all the migrating ducks and lots of boats going out fishing.

Good hotel - location makes it difficult to make a left turn onto busy highway.
