Our room was not clean, unsanitary. Found blood on mattress and cover. Violation of health code. Showed the staff member and she placed us in second room, conditions were better but we found a cockroach in the bathroom and the pillows smelled like they hadn’t been cleaned. When looking at our charges the following day, we were over charged. On line it said $188.26 for 1 night, when we checked our bank statement we were charged $227.28. Will be calling to get this corrected. Not very pleased with this experience. We’ve stayed at other properties before and never had any problems. Dissatisfied & disappointed.

The reception staff is wonderful! The rooms have an odor, aren’t clean (especially dirty carpeting), and sheets are damp and thin. Rooms and facilities definitely need attention.

There were bugs everywhere. I collected them put them under a towel in 3 spots the next day the towels were gone but the bugs were still there.

We were in town just a few days. I picked this hotel because of the suite feature. The other reason why I picked it is because they had a pool. We arrived and checked out the amenities before bringing in our things. The pool is very dirty. Seems maybe needs to be cleaned by a professional, like deep clean. Walls and floor need a very good scrubbing down. Also, no ac in the hallways. Maybe on the first floor there’s ac but definitely not on the second floor. Otherwise beds were pretty decent to sleep on, the staff was very nice. We slept in so never made the continental breakfast.

This was a great and new hotel and we really enjoyed our two nights here. We used the Hilton app to access our room and check in and out was completely through the app. Very convenient! This hotel is also very close to Notre Dame and within walking distance to restaurants. Overall very happy with our stay.

Fixtures in bathroom kept falling apart. Drainage so slow in tub/shower you were standing in 2 inches or so of water. Breakfast offerings were the worst I've ever seen. No cleaning service at all one day. One front desk staff (Phoebe) was very helpful with printing our boarding passes after customer printer was unreadable. Would not stay here again.

This is my 5th stay at this hotel. I love this hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The only complaint I have is the pool. It looks filthy every time we’ve stayed there. I’ve mentioned it to the staff and was told the pool liner is stained but actually clean. This is a nice hotel so why not do something about the pool? I’ve never seen anyone swimming in it either.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Katrina was fantastic. She really made the stay extra enjoyable. The only thing I could say in contrast to my experience, was the pool was bit dingy. Considering there were multiple sports tournaments in town, and the pool took on an extra load usage, it wasn't terrible

We liked the room. It was very spacious. Very clean and everything works. Very quite and the front desk associate was very friendly. Pool didnt look very inviting but everything else was great! Didnt hear anybody getting shot and didnt hear any sirens.

I liked that the price was right for our family. It was close to many restaurants and it was close to Notre Dame. The staff was very friendly. We had two rooms. I called early in the day to get our rooms side by side. They said they had rooms set aside for our request, however, when we tried the keys to one of our rooms, they didn’t work. Turns out the lock was broken on the room and had not been fixed. Therefore, our second room was three doors down from our other room. One room had sprinkles from cookies on a shelf from a previous guest. So the shelves had not been cleaned. The second room had an odor that resembled a locker room. We stay at home 2 suites frequently. This one was just okay.

Overall our stay was just okay, the hotel was really beautiful on the outside and the lobby. But when it came to the room,there was a coffee spill on the hallway side of our entry door to our room that tons of housekeepers walked past and never cleaned. And our floor carpet tiles were popped up off the ground in a few spots creating a tripping hazard. There were also some rust spots in the shower. The pool is also super tiny, and there's no hot tub, which there wasn't advertised to be one to be fair, but its just odd to have such an expensive hotel and be missing amenities that cheap hotels have. I don't think I would choose to stay here again, the price is not worth the condition of the room, at least in my experience.
