The staff were kind helpful and always welcoming us with a smile. They went beyond to answer any questions or needs we had. Breakfast was great everyday they had a dessert for breakfast.. rooms were clean everything was steps away that’s why we wanted to stay at the old town

Just steps from the Palace and the Street of the Knights, this hotel has great personality with beautifully decorated colorful room motifs. The service from Konstantin was wonderful and the breakfast was scrumptious!

We absolutely loved our stay at Nikos. The hotel itself is wonderful and unique, located in the middle of the old town of Rodos. It is close to everything yet on a quiet square, so it’s very quite at night. We also loved having breakfast on a beautiful spacious patio in the back. But what was really special is the personal touch from Nikos, Ilias, and other staff. It was more like staying with friends than staying in a hotel. We travel a lot and can definitely say that it was one of our best experiences.

Overall we had a great stay there. Despite some teething problems with the room (we were also given a different room than the one booked), everything was sorted quickly and didn't really affect our stay.
We loved the breakfast (fresh, light and plenty) and also enjoyed having it at the courtyard. You could argue that it may need to have more cooked options but for us it was not a problem at all and the staff was very friendly and polite.
The room was in the ground floor (street level). Main disadvantage was the lack of windows which annoying as is, we didn't spend much time there so didn't bother us. Despite being on street level, it is quiet at night. The hotel is next to the Palace so there are no cars/motorbikes driving by. You can also walk everywhere around town (old and new).
Overall, I'd recommend it for a stay. The decor is definitely not neutral but you see it in the pics. One thing, I 'd say is that for a 4* place, it needs a bit of freshening up. No issues with cleaningness, safety, wifi etc.

One of the best hotels we stayed in and Vangeli the manager is brilliant. In the heart of everything you need. I give this hotel 10 stars we loved it.

This fabulous hotel was uniquely decorated with a special flare since it was created by the fashion designers, Nikos and Takis. Our room had built in furniture that looked hand painted to fit in with the Medieval city location. The hotel was well situated close to all the main attractions. The manager is a wonderful man who always went out of his way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. He remembered food preferences for the delicious breakfast and even created Easter baskets for each of us since we stayed over the Holiday

Great staff and location. Wonderful calm and quiet boutique hotel right next to the Grand Palace of the Master of Knights. The recommendations for lunch and dinner were perfect. The best food in Greece. Will be back and recommend to solo women travelers. I felt very comfortable and safe.

One of the loveliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The decor was really beautiful and artful. Amazing bathtub and pretty tile work. Friendly and helpful proprietor. Perfect location just steps from the palace. If you’re not sure about Rhodes, please go and stay at this hotel. You’ll have a magical time in the walled city.
