We arrived late and got dropped off at the nearest gate and then got a golf buggy to within the last 50m when we had to walk. It fantastic way to arrive in the Old Town. All very easy. Marianna was a lovely host. Very laid back and the staff were excellent. The hotel is tucked away from the main busy areas and is quiet.

Great location, staff (Maria) was very nice and helpful. She made to order delicious breakfast each morning. Breakfast options were wonderful. Place was not fancy but neat, clean and overall lovely.

We loved our stay at this property. It is so perfectly located, only a short walking distance from the shopping area, restaurants and bars with music in the old town, however the hotel itself is on a quiet side-street and is very peaceful. The hotel has a lovely enclosed yard/garden with plumeria and pommegranade trees, where breakfast is served. The breakfast included eggs, greek yoghurt and granola, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee, all served by a very nice lady called Maria. We got an upgrade to our room at no cost and our new room had a cute living room and a sort of mini-loft bedroom. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Our only small issue was somewhat slow internet at-times. But overall it was a very positive experience and I strongly recommend this hotel to others. Just beware that a taxi will not be able to drop you off near the hotel due to it being located in the pedestrian area of old town and you'll probably have to use a maps app to help you find the quiet side-street of the hotel.

If you're booking a trip to the Old Town in Rhodes, please consider Saint Artemios Hotel because you will not be disappointed. From the very first welcome I received from Mariam upon my late arrival, I knew I hit the jackpot with this boutique hotel. Between the friendliness of the small employment staff working at the hotel to the Old Town charm of the hotel, which has done a fabulous job preserving much of the original building and courtyard. Each morning I was there, Maria showed such hospitality and kindness and I couldn't ask for anything more. The breakfast that is offered is ala carte from a menu so it's freshly prepared for you upon order. In addition, daily room cleaning and a couple of water bottles are always offered each day. Maria was always so kind to give me an extra water bottle when I asked since it was rather warm during my visit in Rhodes. When booking for an accommodation in the Old Town in Rhodes, please consider Saint Artemios. And when Mariam recommends any restaurants, listen to her. She resides in the Old Town so she knows what's worth a visit.

A wonderful boutique hotel right in the heart of things but tucked away so nice and quiet at night. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff - warmly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay here. It was a perfect balance between having very helpful staff around and giving guests privacy. The room was excellent, and the courtyard area was so lovely for relaxing after a day of exploring. Fantastic breakfast also included, with a small menu showing multiple options that you can choose between, both hot and cold items. Highly recommend staying here.

My first night was a bit disorienting because Old Town is something of a maze, and I was very sleep deprived from travel. But it is really easy to figure out how to get around after some rest! Maria, who makes a hearty, healthy breakfast each morning and makes sure you have what you need, is a wealth of helpful information and super nuturing. She will take care of you and make you feel like family. I spent ~11 nights here, I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to friends. Only negatives were: 1) The shampoo and conditioner could be more high end and natural/eco. Olive oil to the rescue! 2) The electricity shuts off when you leave the room, which his great for ecology, but tricky for charging batteries. Plan ahead. Also don't buy milk for the mini fridge. Overall, though, this place is like a fairytale, and very inspiring if you are an artist/filmmaker/writer/etc. Just do it! :)

This is a lovely boutique hotel situated right in the middle of Rhodes Old Town. Despite being only a few hundred yards from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town’s Main Street, it is very quiet at night. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished with very modern bathrooms. Breakfast is excellent and served between 8.00 am and 10.00am in the courtyard by the lovely, helpful Maria. The courtyard itself is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a cool drink or a glass of wine when you get back from exploring. There are many very good restaurants within easy walking distance.

My mum and I stayed at this quaint and exquisite property in the heart of the old town. The property is a 2-3 mins walk away from the hustle and bustle of the shops and restaurants. Maria, our host, was so friendly, polite and a pleasure to interact and talk to. The breakfasts in the morning was so fresh and delicious, make the most of the Greek yogurt and the fresh juice! The mornings are perfect and quiet to enjoy the sounds of the birds! We were super comfortable at the property with all amenities, including iron, fridge and hot shower. Thank you Maria and all, we had an incredible time here and hope to visit again soon!

Great atmosphere with authentic, historical highlights throughout. A very tasteful, still low key decor. My favorites were the courtyard and the breakfast time ( great food but also two very nice ladies who made it special).

Amazing service and wonderful place!!

It’s a charming place, well located in the old town;Maria was very kind helpful and polite.Breakfast was fresh and Ok,nothing really special ; We didn’t like the bathroom in the room, very small and it was impossible to take a shower without watering the whole bathroom. It was extremely hot, temperatures reaching around 40 c and we never get our room with the air conditioning on,like in many places when is extremely Hot..We also couldn’t keep the air conditioning ON,we usually don’t do this, but,as I said, the temperatures were extremely HIGH,and it was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to return to our room after dinner, and found it like a Sauna!! Besides this,it would be called a Bed and Breakfast and not a Hotel, there’s no service,no swimming pool, nothing, and only Maria was there doing everything, but not every time. So,I was really expecting much more, reading the previous comments.

Everything about St Artemios Hotel was incredible. First, the location could not have been better. As you enter the gates, you realise you’ve stumbled on this little gem of an oasis in the midst of a bustling medieval town. Georgia, our host, went above and beyond for us. So warm, helpful and informative - we experienced the best Rhodes has to offer because of the effort she took - she’s an expert not only within the old town, but also on which vineyards, beaches, ruins and long winding scenic roads to take. Our time on Rhodes would not have been the same without her! And then there is the breakfast - Georgia prepares fresh traditional Greek breakfasts on site every morning using locally sourced produce. Don’t miss out on her Frappes either!! We really recommend St Artemios Hotel (and Georgia’s hospitality and cooking)!

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a central stay in Rhodes Town. Georgia is delightful, attentive, friendly and a mine of information. The rooms are superb and the courtyard is a beautiful haven of tranquillity. The location is within 3 minutes' walk of half a dozen really nice restaurants and it's close to all key attractions.
As you'll gather, I can't speak too highly of the Saint Artemios. Thanks to Georgia, Alina and the rest of the splendid staff.

Never have we experienced such an amazing host in a uniquely beautiful hotel. Georgia met us at our taxi, (even carried my suitcase!) and presented us with a glorious entrance into the courtyard of the hotel. She invited us to sit down while she checked us in, offering pastry and a beverage. Shortly after, she joined us, asked a few questions and was ready to suggest historical sites and restaurants in Rhodes Town and beyond. She offered to plan our 3 day stay in Rhodes! Our accommodations were beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Our trip was superb all because of Georgia. We've made a forever friend, that we miss already, and can't wait to return!

Georgia, was the kind, professional and down-to-earth property manager is amazing, helpful and available with the true spirit of Greek hospitality. Honestly, a solo traveler, she was like a five star concierge and long lost family all rolled into one.The property is both stunning & cozy capturing all if the most beautiful elements of medieval Rhodes town - the enclosed courtyard which greets you on arrival was connected to the medieval St. Artemis church and the hotel management keeps it both authentic and hip with subtle eclectic touches here and there. And I always appreciate complementary coffee capsules waiting in my room for that first cup in the morning.
