They had numerous problems with the water and water pressure. Twice in 3 days they had to notify the guests that the water was going to be turned off for an hour. Both times it was off longer than expected. Multiple other times there was no water, or the pressure was so low, the water was only trickling out of the faucets, including the shower and toilets. Multiple times the water had to be run for several minutes before clear water (no rust) was coming out. On top of that, the management didn’t tell us to run the water before drinking it (yuk!!!!). One morning there was water but low pressure and no hot water!!! Calls to the front desk had to be made via our cell phones because the phone in the room had a bulging battery. We reported it but they did nothing. Apparently, the staff (multiple staff) did not know that a bulging lithium battery is a fire hazard. We brought it to the front desk. On top of all this, when I went to check out and the reception asked how was our stay and I said awful and reported why, the response back was oh I’m sorry. No offer to make amends to the bill until I asked for a discount. A blank look was returned, so I asked for free parking and the two cans of water in the mini fridge. They said ok.

The lobby was beautiful. If I had more time, I would have worked or read there. It's cozy furniture with all glass so you can look out into the streets. Great breakfast buffet with waffle maker machines and an omelette chef. The downtown of Boulder and lovely. I will be coming back.

Great hotel, good bar and good food and my dog was welcome. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Boulder hotels are over priced so beware (because of the limited number of rooms in the city).

We live in Nederland and work in Boulder; this hotel is close to our office and occasionally we like to stay in Boulder and go out for a nice dinner. The Embassy Suites is our go to place for this - the rooms are nice, quiet, and comfortable. We love the evening reception and breakfast options. It is also walking distance to our two favorite restaurants in Boulder - Efrain's and Osaka's.

Every person on staff from management , to engineer, to housekeeping, valet and food service couldn't have been nicer and eager to please. My family enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again soon

Hotel was beautiful. However parking is nonexistent and the free parking doesn’t feel super safe. Also, hotel view made wasn’t good for the price I paid.

This hotel was really nice and within walking distance of a concert we were attending. We arrived right at our check-in time at 3pm and were informed that our room wouldn’t be ready, and they “didn’t know when” it would be. Parked the car and came back up to see if they could give more information and it took them a solid 10 minutes to scramble to tell us if we’d be able to check in soon. It was disappointing as we spent so much on this hotel due to it being a busy weekend for the event, and the staff didn’t seem trained or prepared for handling this situation. Eventually someone else offered us a couple glasses of wine (I don’t drink) as consolation for the wait time, but didn’t really seem like a fair way of handling the situation. Everything else was pretty nice.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel is clean, bright, and very comfortable with a wonderful modern design in the rooms as well as common spaces. Parking is plentiful in the well-lit garage under the hotel. I chose Embassy Suites because our family has two teenagers and we need a little more space to spread out - this was perfect as we used the fold-our couch for a third bed. My only suggestion would be for a night stand on both sides of the beds - there was room - so I could have a place for my phone and water etc while my husband used the central nightstand for his stuff. Service was top notch, from the reception to breakfast and cleaning staff. Lots of welcoming smiles!

Best hotel in Boulder! The rooms are comfy, clean and the breakfast is amazing. Made to order omelettes and eggs, fresh fruit, good coffee. Also an evening reception with snacks and drinks. Overall a great vibe. Great lobby area with big windows and a lot of comfy seating

Hotel was very nicely appointed. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice with eggs and omelettes made to order. Overall, one of the best values for a hotel stay in many moons.

The wheelchair accessible rooms are as far from the elevator as you can be. When I asked for a room closer they said they were full. My friend who uses a wheelchair and shared the room with me and her service dog had a terrible time getting around.

We booked a "studio king" room, not realizing how tiny it would be, and awkwardly shaped. There was literally a foot of space on one side of the bed - I'm including a photo. Also the room was pretty beat up - not in great condition (photos). Disappointing, we have enjoyed this hotel in the past.

The hotel was clean and the staff amazing! Matt at the front desk welcomed us with a big warm smile and great day trip options. RG, Brendon and Temple were fantastic at the restaurant and bar mixing up a delicious drink and food choices. We'll be back very soon!

I travel a lot for business and I can assure I've been disappointed so many times, but this really surprised me, because I wasn't too convinced when i booked it and I would give 6 star if I could. Everything was great, the staff was extremely nice, helpful and ready to accommodate the unexpected (at least this happened to me), the facility is very nice and the room was clean and very quiet, I was at Boulder visiting family, but for sure I'll be back in that hotel.

The parking was a bit confusing but doable. The only thing that was inconvenient and annoying was that there is only one set of elevators. We were on the far side of the hotel and my husband had trouble walking that far because of a bad knee.
