Everything looked good and clean minus the random sock in my room behind the chair by the lamp. All in all pretty good. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Great place would go there again.

Stay was great, room was clean. Had a nice view. Very close to Rialto Theatre. Convenient parking. Elevator was card protected, made us feel extra safe.

The roof top pool was amazing.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. We sat in lobby until four when a room was finally ready. Room did not have information on hotel, area around hotel or other info, e.g., restaurants, shops available. There was not a comfortable chair available. A double room had a chair that could dump you on the floor and one for the desk. Housekeeping did not replace items that were in danger of running out by end of day. Young staff was personable and polite and tried to help. They were the best part. Overall, the stay was not worth the money.

We booked a king with a sofa bed and got room with 2 double beds. We were told because we used a third party vendor that they could not guarantee that room. They had no other rooms to put us in. The breakfast buffet was a joke. They advertised a restaurant but that only served small plate items. We had to go else where for both breakfast and dinner.

First our room key was not scanning on their computer, then they gave us a scan slip for parking that didn’t work. Security is a little too tight. You have to use your room card just to use the elevator. Don’t like the square toilets. Pillows were terrible sheets felt cheap

Great location and clean rooms.

Hotel location is amazing! Walkable to bars, restaurants, and venues. Staff is so sweet, great customer service. Room could have been cleaner… large scuff mark on the floor, dirty end table and dusty curtains. Also, our tv was blue. No matter what channel we went to, the color was blue. We were barely in our room, so the tv didn’t matter much to us but for someone staying longer, it would be annoying. Because the staff is so nice and it’s location is so great, we will stay again.

I stayed three nights. They never came to clean my room and I ran out of toilet paper.

Everything about the hotel was perfect, safe, relaxing, friendly. Too many things to list, will definitely stay again in the future

Room was sparkling clean. Had a great view of the mountains from downtown Tucson. Great place to stay for business or visiting U of A. Didn't really like lack of parking but downtown property value is at a prime so I get charging for parking.

Blah, room left a lot to be desired. Too basic, and felt empty:

Some girl threw up all over the hallway right in front of my room they had to pull the fire alarm after paramedics couldn’t help this girl to get rid of an excessive amount of people at the pool during the 4th of July. Definitely not what I expected for such a nice building.

Great one night stay to see a show at the Rialto!

One of the mornings we woke up to the terrible smell of grease trap getting cleaned from the restaurant next door. It was terrible. The pool was not clean but its location on the 6th floor was amazing. Great view.
5.0
Great location, easily walkable to many restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
Inside lobby seems newly renovated, very modern and clean.
Staff friendly and professional.

Extremely disappointing experience. Arrived on 4th of July weekend only to learn the pool was closed for a deep clean on a holiday Saturday. Every complaint was met with there’s nothing we can do and there was no manager present on Saturday or Sunday. There was no warning through the checkout process or website that the main draw of this hotel would be closed. Aside from the unprofessional service and unwillingness to provide any accommodation for the extreme inconvenience of the pool being closed, room Tv was down for the first 4 hours of our stay, and there were decoration remnants on our ceiling from the previous guest. All we were told to do was to email the GM and that “he probably won’t get back to us till Monday” without being offered any compensation. I cannot express the dissatisfaction of myself as well as the others in my party who reserved rooms enough.

Centrally located. Close to restaurants and bars. Small pool and room’s window right by the pool and people walking by.

I read through the comments before deciding on this hotel so I was alerted to the noise from the neighboring bar. However, we could see the bar from our room but it was not loud at all. We barely heard it in the room and it did not keep us up at all. The other negative comments we in regard to breakfast so we made a plan "B". In the morning we went down and were pleased with the spread and the egg Cazuela (that I had never heard of). We stayed and were not disappointed. The cazuela was fantastic on toast and the mango-chia, coconut milk pudding was another great find. We also fell in love with the roof pool and decided to come back to spend the 4th of July to see fireworks in the city.

I loved the placement of the hotel. It is very convenient if you want to go out in downtown Tucson. The room I stayed in had a great view of the street. The room was clean and comfortable. One thing I disagree on is that you have to pay for parking. Even if you stay at the hotel. They charge you for parking space. You also need to pay for breakfast if you want to eat there. I recommend eating somewhere else. Overall the experience was great. Great staff. Great pool and a small gym to work out in

Was a nice stay. Just loud w music and noisy cars reving engines. Very nice bar and nightlife within walking distance.

Booked a room in close location to the Rialto for a show on a Thursday night. It was summer, so it was very quiet and the location was perfect within walking distance had a great experience, except for the pool could have been up to a bit more.

it was clean, safe and had valet parking. has nearby resturants.

This is a really nice hotel we have stayed there several times but the last time we stayed the drain in the bathroom didn’t drain well and it smelled a bit like sewer but the room and hotel itself is always so nice so it wouldn’t me from staying there again. The location is great near lots of bars and restaurants.
