Staff was very kind. I came in around midnight and they made sure someone kept an eye out for me juat in case I got lost. Excellent dinner recommendations and they made the reservation for me. Very cozy. The stairs are a bit steep for anyone who has accessability issues

This place is not only a guesthouse were you fell welcome and cosy, it has a sprit and you can feel it. This a young people team project and this is unique! Do not miss it!

The room was clean and nice, there was toilet on every floor, and you can use bathroom with hair dryer. It's a convenient place overall. For service, the staffs were very nice and warm which provided kind assist. The only drawback was the little noise at night due to the railway. However it was small affect to me.

My friend and I stayed here for the week after New Years. It was really, really lovely. The other guests were very friendly, and the staff were extremely helpful as well. The guesthouse itself is conveniently located (one train stop away from Sannomiya) and there's a supermarket not far away if you wish to use the guesthouse kitchen. The accommodations and bathrooms were comfortable, with female-only facilities as well. Guesthouse MAYA is a relaxing, chic place to spend your time in Kobe. Perhaps you'll meet some new friends too!

It was clean, simple, and exactly what I needed. If you have movement issues, don’t stay here as the stairs are steep and there’s no elevator. But the bed areas were comfortable, showers were big, and owner was helpful and happy.

元地元の診療所を改装したユース。2階が男性用、3階が女性用。共同シャワーは新しく清潔、お湯もしっかり出た。バスタブが恋しければ東に徒歩20分強、または六甲駅から15分強の銭湯灘温泉がオススメ銭湯なのに温泉の湯で、ツルツルに!　女性相部屋は2段ベッドが3列、身長158センチで中央では普通に座れて、壁によっかかって読書等可。ただ、枕元裸電球なので長時間の作業は目が疲れるかな。床が少しきしむのと、ドアのオートロックの音が静かな中では響く、阪急がすぐそばなので電車の音が気になる人は居るかも。。私はさほど気にならず。階段が急なのと、2段ベッド上ならハシゴで上がるので、脚、膝痛い人はちとしんどいかな？　大きな荷物はチェックインのときオーナーさんが運んでくれました。 Low budget youth hostel, about 4000yen per night, which is 1/4 of the price of common business hotels in Japan. Dorm for women has 3, 2 layer bank bed, where I was able to sit (158cm, middle sized). Shared new shower with hot water. my room mate we're all very quiet, so it was OK with me. 2 convinence stores at Jr Nada St. 1 near the hostel. Jr Nada and Hankyuu Ojikouen is close, less than 5 min walk.

I have stay there for one night. Everythings for me is good. Very Friendly staffs and warm welcome also near to Nada Station. You can enjoy local life around hostel. If i have a chance to go back to Kobe, surely i will stay there^^

Staff were extremely helpful, offering good ideas of things to do and places to eat. Room was clean. Facilities were modern. The location was near NASA station which is useful for the JR visa. Hostel is near a train track so it can be noisy until 00.30. Be careful of charges for late arrival and if you overstay the check out time.
