Bed was okay. It was an extended stay type hotel. Room had big fridge, stove top and microwave. Had no pot, pans, utensils or even hand towels for bathroom or kitchenette. Walk in shower floor was cracked up. Floor look clean until you step into shower. Had 2 independently controlled showe heads, one hand held in a roomy shower. Pretty quiet for so close to interstate. Jolly Green giant was staying above us and the a/c was rather noisy but did cool well.

This was our 3rd time staying here and it was a pleasure as usual! This place is spotless the staff amazing! Close to the highway, stores and restaurants the only thing missing is a pool and it would be perfection!

Check-in & check-out were amazing. The front desk staff member was so friendly & seemed like she enjoyed her job very much. The room seemed a bit humid. The bed was not very comfortable but it served its purpose.

My toilet was leaking at the bottom of it, and the water was seeping out of the Vinyl plank on the floor and a gentleman came in and replaced the toilet but did not fix the floor. It smelled like urine and feces. I also had no choice but to take a shower and walk in. The staff was rude, constantly asking for payment, even though Hotels.com had paid my bill for me. One night I was waiting for a phone call in the lobby, and a gentleman sat down beside me and asked Me if I needed help. I told him that they would not let me in my room because they said my room was not paid for. I feel like I have no choice but to turn this over to the authorities I am very sick with kidney failure and the hotel did not care. Please do not stay at this place because they will be rude. You will sleep in disgusting nastiness. The only positive thing about this place is it is close to the movies and restaurants.

I had to wait 10 minutes to be checked in at 11:30p. The guy was nice but a bit out of it and he didn’t give me my license back. The room was not particularly clean, the blankets were paper thin, and the shower faucet came out of the wall.

Booked this hotel based on the fact Expedia showed $10 fee for pet. Arrived after a long day of driving to find that was not true and the pet fee is actually $50. Lady working the front desk didn’t care what was stated on Expedia and claimed it wasn’t their responsibility to correct this error. She stated the increased charge was due to increased difficulty cleaning rooms after pets so I at least was expecting their rooms and common areas to be clean. Nope. Floors were dirty, sheets and bed spread stained, bathrooms and mini kitchen stovetop dirty as well. Definitely don’t recommend and won’t be staying here on my return trip through West Monroe.

I liked the location and all things near the stay. The facilities was also nice quiet and clean. The issue lies in the fact the elevator was inoperable and only top floor rooms were offered. It had not been emailed out to future visitors to allow time to cancel reservation and change stays. My additional guest could hardly get up to room on top floor making it very unpleasant. Clear communication to guests would have been fair to all but I felt the hotel didn’t want to lose out on the money by allowing guests the opportunity to change reservations.

If you need a room because you're short on cash or it's the LAST thing available, then stay here. The elevator was out of order the entire weekend! The first floor hallway smelled like fish ALL weekend, so that tells me that's the everyday smell. Room was ok. The bed has no comfort at all. The pillowcase was stained so I left that one on the floor. The door to my room has a slight crack so I didn't feel safe. Not a hotel I would EVER stay in again!!! We went into town for a softball tournament so STAY AWAY if this is your reason for staying!!!

We never stayed there and yet got charged. After a long 14 hour dive we arrive at the hotel. Waited 15 minutes for an associate to come To the desk. He said there were no rooms under my name. I explained I booked the room through hotels.com. Associate explained hotels.com didn’t pay them so they cancelled my reservation. They said we might be able to get you another room. I checked my bank and it was charged for the room but the hotel said they didn’t receive it so I would have to pay again for another room to stay there since my reservations were canceled by the hotel. After the back and forth and getting no where my husband and I left and stayed at another hotel down the road. I checked my bank account bank and a couple days later and it was refunded then a month later it charged me again. Can hotels.com please help me resolve this problem. I contacted the hotel and of course they said that’s on hotels.coms end. Contacted my bank and they said to talk to hotels.com.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Elevator broken. Smelled like marijuana. Wasn’t advertised that people actually live in this hotel. People camped out in the parking lot in lawn chairs late at night hanging out. Shower/tub wouldn’t drain water. Never again

There is serious internal problem with shady characters staying at the hotel. I didn’t feel safe and would not take my family there. The management is the problem. If you don’t clean this up you will loose the hotel

The vinyl flooring looks good, and may be more ecofriendly, but if you are a light sleeper, get ready for more noises than you can imagine. Had a horrible sleep due to excessive noise. Hairs in bathroom, both in bathtub and toilet. Horribly repaired hole in bathroom door where it looks like someone punched through it. Not hotels fault, but had some random person knock on the door looking for someone we didn't know. Freaked my wife and kids out. Would not recommend to friends or family, and will not be staying here again.

The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. Overall the hotel needs an updated. The beds were uncomfortable, our room had some wear and tear such as the baseboard pulling away from the wall. The bathroom door looks as if someone punched a hole in it and tried covering it with puddy. The walls where dingy and paper thin, heard the guests next door and heavy stomping/walking above us. For the amount of time we were actually there it works for a place to sleep.
