Very clean. No towels though: when I asked reception for some, they said that all their towels were in the laundry, but they would see what they could do. They soon delivered two bath-towels + one hand-towel, although there were four of us in the quadruple room. I asked again for towels the next day, but these never arrived.

A few minutes walking distance away from the haram this is an ideal hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds and surronded by shops, pharmacies and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Not so good, the room they gave us had four beds instead of one king bed. One should make sure what type of bed and what size of the room they are giving. Otherwise the staff was good and the location is superb.

The service provided by Jasim (bell boy) was excellent, he is always happy to help. Overall experience is good but the Breakfast is below average, we stayed there 7 nights and every morning we go with a hope but breakfast standard are not upto the mark on a single day. They should work in this otherwise ppl stop staying there.

Our family had a terrible experience in this hotel, the reception staff was not professional, rooms were not clean, There was water dropping from ceiling, we complain to management about ceiling leakage but no action were taken. There was a lot of dust on carpet, my whole family got sick because of the dusty carpet. They say they are four star but they were not. Not recommended at all.

I like that it is a 3 minute walk to masjid Nabawi. I like that the beddings are clean and the mattress and pillows are so so soft and comfy. Breakfast spread is really good at 50 sar for adults and 25 sar for children. This is a good hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at Saja for 5 days and had a really nice experience throughout our stay. Walkable to Masjid Nabawi so we didn’t have to rush for Salah times. Would recommend for families and couples. The staff were really nice. They even gave us an upgrade to the upper levels with bigger rooms. Would stay again whenever in Medina.

Excellent hotel, 5 - 6 mins from haram, outstanding service and reasonably priced. I stayed here with 3 different families in last 10 days of Ramadan and could not fault this hotel. We all got upgraded to the executive floor and staff were very courteous and understanding. We had an emergency and 1 room had to leave early and the hotel gave refund. Many food places outside the hotel. Highly recommended.

I will recommend this hotel 100% is my first time staying here I was greeted with the biggest smile and warmest welcome. The hotel is located in an amazing location very close to everything I wanted to do. The staff are extremely friendly especially the staff at the reception desk, I cannot fault this Hotel it’s everything a person wanted clean friendliness close to everything you want to do definite the recommended 100%

The room for the hotel was comfortable and clean. The location is quite convenient to the Prophet’s Mosque. I have a mixed feeling with this hotel based on their staff. On arrival, the staff who completed our check-in was kind and hospitable. However, I tried to speak to another staff at reception (Faris) and he was rude and to some extent discriminatory. He refused to acknowledge or check on my request and said I should speak to the lady next to him but I observed him speaking to multiple males very kindly after me. I questioned whether his response to me was that way because I am female, black or not older. I spoke to another reception staff on his opposite (male) who assisted. I am quite surprised at his behavior and recommend the hotel advice and train their staff to acknowledge, assist and treat all jguests equally regardless of race or gender.
