Positives: the front desk staff are LOVELY, and I can’t rate them highly enough. The basic single room was clean and comfortable and above the minimum standards I would expect for a budget place. The shower was good too, though no obvious way of switching from the hand-held to the overhead spray. Reliable WiFi. Negatives: the toilet is squeezed into such a tight corner next to the sink unit that I, a not particularly big person, didn’t have room to sit on it straight. There’s no shelf in the shower for shampoo etc, and nowhere obvious to hang wet towels. However by far the biggest negative is the noise. The sound-proofing between rooms is so bad that I could hear lively conversation at all hours of the night, as clearly as if they were in the same room. Thank heaven for noise-cancelling headphones, though it is not comfortable to sleep in them.

Very convenient location less than 20 minutes-walk from the main train station, 3 minutes from a metro, and in the heart Madrid’s attractions. Room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel is on the 4th floor, but there is a small elevator.

It was difficult to find the place since it wasn't well marked - look for the door for the Lemon Rooms Hotel. But once we got in it was a lovely space! Actually had a coffee maker in the room too :)

The property was clean, very central. I am being very fussy but it would have been nice to have somewhere to hang clothes. There was only a tiny hook.

We loved it here. My friend and I stayed in Madrid for a week with some day trips and we loved having Hola Rooms to come back to. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. The room was in great condition and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for having us!

Very small hotel in the heart of Madrid. Fully renovated, the bedrooms are brand new, extremely clean and decor is very modern. Our bedroom (for 2 adults and 1 teenager) was small but well organised with enough space for everybody, the shower was surprisingly spacious for the space. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is a dream for a short stay as you're literally in the core of the city centre. I'd recommend it or return there.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I was very tired but staffs' warm welcoming made my day! The room was small but clean and well organized. The beds were comfy. The place is very close to the subway station. You can walk around the main area easily. I had a great time staying here.

The location is ideal, the room was immaculate, the shower nice and hot, the bed comfortable. I do not remember that they had English channels on the TV but the internet worked well and that is what we used. Restaurants and grocery store nearby. Good security.

Very nice inside. Don’t let the outside fool you. No outdoor signage. So can be challenging to find; looks a little scary from outside, but super place, very nice staff, super clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Great, economical stay. The only things missing we're the absence of a refrigerator in the room and you couldn't charge things from the bar or the restaurant to your room. That didn't make any sense at all because I would have bought lots of things. I ended up extending my stay for an additional 2 nights.

This hotel is 5 min walk from the subway. It’s absolutely sufficient for the traveler not looking to spend the day in the hotel room. No complaints. Clean rooms, clean linens, friendly staff and safe neighborhood.

Very nice location, within walkable distance to most museums and palaces. The staff was all super nice and helpful. The room was very clean and has everything you need. It is a little crowded but worth well for the price!

a small hotel managed by garbiel, a very nice, friendly host. Everything is perfect, the room is new n clean, safe, supermarket downstairs. Good location, metro station nearby, all attraction takes 10-30 mins walk. I hv stayed here for 7days, really enjoy my stay :)) would definitely come bk holarooms for next madrid trip
