When I checked in the man an woman told me there were no rooms available. I had to argue with them because they had no record of my reserving and pre-paying for the room. When I showed him my receipt on my phone of my pre-payment he finally gave me a room key.

The clerk would judge you by your appearance and distinguish the deposit if he’s know who’s gonna make a problem. He would add some false rules that’s not even on the description on hotel.com. Fir example. He want me to deposit 55 dollars because I had me plus one guess. Very dirty towels, sheets are stained rooms smelled like piss.

The hotel was clean and good. One suggestion is to include a chest-of-drawers in the room. #16

The people who own this place are very short as well as rude. They didn't want to honor the reservation I made through Hotels. com because it was a much lower rate then $100 they wanted to charge but then had no vacancies. It's a draws fine line to discrimination and very unprofessional.

It was ok but the property owner has too many rules for a really crappy hotel

They had a ridiculous ‘no guests’ policy, which I think isn’t even legal? And even though I had a room for 2 people, when my friend wanted to stay over after I had already checked in, the manager had a fit. He basically wanted me to bribe him with $20 to let him stay. Give me a break. Next morning I saw him kicking people out because they were over occupancy and didn’t even give them a chance to bribe him, just crazy!

We went down to visit friends and have a good time. The hotel is in an area with a lot of crime and not safe to walk around. Check out is at 10 am very early, most hotels are noon and you usually can ask for a late check out. They ask for a 20.00 retainer for the remote control and key to the room you are supposed to get back after you check out. I turned in my key and remote but never received my 20.00 back. Most hotels big or small take advantage and price gouge when ever big events are in town and it sucks for anyone trying to get a decent room in a decent neighborhood at a decent price.

Located in most horrible part of Pomona, homeless, prostitutes, drug dealing and robberies are the norm here. Room door locks are not secure and wobbly. Everything had a sticky unclean feeling. Bathroom was horrific. If you are looking for a no star motel this is it.
