Great stay at Paseo la Galeria, the hotel is on top of the shopping mall, with easy access to the stores, and multiple restaurant choices, from fast food at the top floor of the mall to multiple restaurants and cafes.

I had a one-night stay here due to a weather-delayed flight. Beautiful, modern facility with great security and a friendly, helpful staff fluent in English. Room was quite affordable. The hotel adjoins a large shopping mall with great eating options. Highly recommended.

Although this was a nice hotel, it was not up to the standards we are accustomed to in Paraguay. We arrived very early in the morning and the lobby was not staffed and all the lights were out. The hotel has no bell service and lacks amenities such as free coffee in the room or body lotion, that are standard in other hotels. The staff was friendly, but they simply weren't as friendly and helpful as other hotels we have stayed in in Asuncion. In addition, we had problems with the TV controls. At first they simply did not work. We had to have maintenance come three times before we finally got them to work - more or less. Breakfast was average with very little variety - same thing every day. It is, however, very conveniently located right next to a major shopping mall.

I stay here often. They have almost everything I need with kitchenette. Some rooms are set up a little differently then others and have different amenities.

This hotel is not customer friendly. The parking is a mess to find, no clear directions on how to get to the hotel parking and front desk. Elevators take a slecial kind of gift to figure out. The only good part of this hotel is that its attached to the mall.

Suitable as office space but not as a hotel room... you can't open a window to air the place, internet was erratcic, the fridge wasn't working, the breakfast is in a next door shop (go get it at a fraction of the price) and consists of some bread varieties and coffee.... the kitchen is not equipped.... it is clean though.... and location is fine too....

Hotel connected to mall. No formal restaurant. My air conditioner did not work. Instead of just giving me a new room- they worked in my room while I was in it-for well over an hour. I started complaining to front desk at 6pm- shortly before 9 pm the air conditioning was fixed. A bit inconvenient for me.

The hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant, however breakfast is served in one of the mall restaurants, it is a set menu not a buffet. The rooms are very spacious. On the downside facilities are minimal, there is a small gym, but that is it. I suppose it is meant more for guests attending a conference or event, which is located in the same building.Again considering the hotel is connected to the mall, it is not like you won't have anything to do.
