Nice hotel in a reasonable price, close to subway station. Shopping mall and a wide variety choices of restaurant nearby.
The staff are nice, helpful and friendly.
A very pleasant stay definitely will visit again

My husband & I had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly. A small breakfast bar was available everyday for your use. Getting around was quite easy. Subway system was helpful. Must buy a IC-succi card to save on Rail transportation. You’ll love a Tokyo’s, the disciplinary these people has is unique. Wish the rest of the world was so polite & kind.

It is located in a very convenient area. It is close to train and subway stations. Area is not too busy and restaurant choice is good.

It was my first time in Japan , and the staff made check in and out stress Free. One night the front desk even placed a pizza delivery order for me since I didn’t know how to use the room phone. Very Very friendly staff.

The room was a bit cramped, but the service was great and everything was really clean. It is also very nearby a train station which is pretty central in Tokyo which was very nice!

This is a great hotel with only a handful of rooms and the staff workers are helpful. It feels more personal than larger name chain hotels. This is one of the few times where I found myself using all of their services, including a free drink bar, free bread and croissants for breakfast, a portable wifi rental box with 10gb a day for 700 yen, and a luggage delivery service they partnered with. Very easy to get to from the airport and it's access to the Chuo sobu line makes it easy to get around the city.

Property was great, but lots of strip clubs & hourly rate motels in the area. I was with my family & surprised that the area had so many.

Clean conveniently located to restaurant train station and shopping. Small yet comfy

the beds were hard, with broken springs making them very uncomfortable. We booked here as it is very hard to find a room for 3 in Japan but the third ned was a converted couch which was the hardest of all the beds, very unpleasant to sleep on. The airconditioner leaked onto the beds so we had to change rooms. in the new room the aircon dripped but not onto the beds.

The room is very clean though not very spacious. They have complimentary light breakfast available and varieties of beverages to choose from in the lobby as well as toiletries during your stay. A home away from home. I will recommend this property.

Great place. It's a love hotel, nevertheless the place is okay and pretty close from major spots.

Very nice and helpful staff, convenient location. Needs AC units and fans to be cleaned. Beds and pillows are very hard. Good price though so can't complain too much.

We stayed here for 18 nights. It's a good basic hotel. Convenient to the JR and Hanzomon Lines at Kinshicho Station (to the North), and the Toei Line Sumiyoshi Station (to the South). The beds are hard and the breakfast consists only of bread/ croissants/rolls and juice/coffee/tea. There is no place to gather as the lobby is ver small. It met our needs. There are lots of restaurants nearby, a coin laundry a few blocks away, and many convenience stores close by.

Stayed here for a week with my partner and had a wonderful time. Staff are very helpful and attentive and are there to help with any issue or provide advice. Our room was lovely and spacious with a wonderful view of Kinshichō. The room was spotlessly clean, and left to a very high standard after every cleaning.
The hotel itself is in a perfect area. It’s close to 2 train stations and has easy links to the rest of tokyo. As well as being in walking distance to the Skytower and to the beautiful Oyokogawa Shinsui Park walk. The area around is populated with great restaurants and shops, so we never went hungry.
Overall couldn’t have been happier with our stay, only bad thing is that we weren’t in Tokyo for longer :)

Thank you very much for the nice room. We are recommending this hotel because of the aestetic of the rooms, the kind staff and the good location. Also there was the opportunity to get some free cosmetics and bath utensils like cotton swabs, razors, face masks and so on. These were available all day in the foyer.

Good hotel in a convenient location. Rooms clean and comfortable with very firm beds.
Close to transport, shops and numerous restaurants.
Great for the Sumo stadium and access to central Tokyo.
Buffet breakfast limited to toast, small bread roll and small croissants. Choice of drinks from the vending machines.

Room larger than expected. Good location for transportation. With one exception did not find the food worthwhile. Other than shopping nothing to do in this areas Two blocks from major train station.

We love it T^T!!! The staff was so nice and they clean every day and give new stuff too. Love it!! Also the breakfast and their orange juice, the best one lol. It’s near Family Mart and Seven Eleven too and also near the Kinsicho Station, so useful really.

Nice hotel for short stay in Tokyo. Closed to metro but a bit far from main attractions (Shibuya, Shinjugu) closed to Asakusa. However, traveling by metro is not a problem. Room is sectioned nicely. Toilet, shower and bed room

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and it was super close to the metro and train station. Perfect spot!

The property is clean and close to Kinscho Staion and will get you anywhere pretty easily. There are several marque sites close by like Akihibara Street, Senso-ji Temple, and the Sky Tree. The rooms are small and the bathroom smaller but all very clean. One big negative is the breakfast. My wife and I target hotels with breakfast to save time in the morning searching for a place to eat. The included breakfast is either a packed mini croissant or packad roll. Coffee, tea and juice as well but we ended up buying breakfast elsewhere every morning! Very frustrating since we could have broadened our options if we had known. Expedia should not allow the hotel to state an included breakfast!!

The staff were very warm and professional. The room was very clean. We were also able to drop off laundry to be cleaned and picked up the same day. There are many restaurants nearby as well as being closing to PARCO, TERMINA and the train station.
3.0 / 5.0
It was an average hotel. Everything was okay excluding one thing. It is said that the hotel provides the breakfast, but in reality this "breakfast" doesn't include anything except toasts and butter. I wouldn't call it a breakfast actually.
