I hate to do this, but this hotel was so bad i feel i need to warn others. First off, the door locks werent working, so each time we left the room, we had to go to the front desk and wait 20-45 mins for the desk clerk to free up time to go unlock our door with a master key. It was a few days after a hurricane, so ill try and ket that slide- but the non smooking room reaked so bad, the room was so humid the sheets were almost dripping water, the bathroom was disgusting, tub,walls,ceilings discolored from mold and oeeling paint. No internet or tv. The room was so bad we chose to go back to our hurricane flooded condo over trying to stay here. And to top it off, when they saw us load our own personal blankets that we had returned hone to get as the provided ones smelled so bad- the accused us of taking thier blankets. I had to lead them into the room to show them thier blankets were still rolled up and left as we found them. 5 other people were in line complaining for various other issues as i was leaving. This is my first ever poor review left of anything, it was that bad. By far the worst hotel experience of my life, from the accommodations to the customer service. - they did issue a refund for my 2nd unused night though, in all fairness i want to state that fact.

The service provided at the front desk was good but that’s about all that was good with the stay. The first issue was that my door key didn’t work and I had to go to the front desk every time I wanted to get back into my room. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. When I brought that to the attention of the front desk, they just said “I’m sorry to hear that “. The bottom line is that that this is a seedy place with sketchy customers. I couldn’t afford anything else when my house flooded, so it worked out for that.

The TV didn’t work all I got was static. The room is noisy from people outside standing and talking, and the people in the pool that was out there from 11am to 9pm. The bed was a spring mattress and it was very uncomfortable. The tub was really dirty and there was some kind of mold on the shower curtain that was orange. This room was really horrible and I would never stay here again. Also to add my daughter got another room on the first floor and she had to get a new key card 3 times because it didn't work. There were holes in the walls and there wasn’t a microwave in the first fooor room. The ac worked well but the ac filters look like they haven’t been changed in years. Would never stay here again.

Nothing on your website says anything about having an additional deposit or another fee of $3 a day. I've read it covered to cover, and it says it nowhere, even though the lady at the front desk insists I'm a liar, and it says that she doesn't know me, but she insinuates I'm a liar, it doesn't say that anyone on your site, now. I'm without a room at the last minute on Sunday night. I don't know who to thank food Expedia. This place is the worst place to stay in. It is dirty. It is broken down. They are a lot of drug addicts and no life. People pillows were stained yellow and bloody. The rooms were disgusting. Everything is so old. Nothing works. They were no chairs. They were no where no shower curtain Towel I have been looking for a place to stay with low lives. This is it but if you’re looking for a decent place to stay run away don’t even look at it. The worst place I’ve ever stated.

I would not even give 1 star to this property. The room was dirty, the 1 towel they gave us was dirty. No bedspread, the pillows were hardly considered pillows. Bugs on the walls. They rent out the rooms weekly and after dark it got very sketchy. Pitbulls, drugs….do not take your children.

NO SHEETS ON THE BEDS! No soap! One towel, one blanket , one washcloth! So tired after unloading a 10’ U-Haul truck, didn’t even notice it until about 5 in the evening! Went to the office to complain 3, yes 3 times, before she came and gave me a blanket and one towel and said she didn’t have any more sheets! HOW DO YOU SELL A Hotel room with no sheets???? The second day it was about 4 pm before she came and brought me the sheets and a towel, had to put them on myself! And they didn’t fit! I’m gonna dispute the charges on my credit card! This 2 day stay was the worst experience ever! But housekeeping was at my door at 10 am on check-out! I’m in the middle of moving and this experience was HORRIBLE!

This hotel has a great olympic size pool, but the rooms could have been cleaner. My trash cans bottom was full of cigarette ashes, it was filthy and made my "no smoking" room stink! When I first called to confirm my rooms, asking for con-joining rooms, as there were 5 of us, they had us in two different parts of the building, when we arrived was given a room next to our other room, when we entered, it was full of other peoples things! The employee said he didn’t understand but the residents of the room stated they'd been there for a month with no plans of moving! The employe lied to me! We did get a rm with that room between us. Also it took 2 days to get a remote for the TV, there was 5 of us and each room had 1tiny towel and washcloth. No phones in the room, not everyone, like me has a mobile phone, there is no freezer in the refrigerator. There were no bugs found here, hugh deal!! Air-conditioning was great! Felt this hotel could have done much better. There were no apologies.

The owner is extremely rude an unprofessional, i was completely offended an extremely angry , the rooms definitely better up keep in non smoking for every room is different, they give you whatever they have, you may get only one towel, they never come to see if you need housekeeping, no soap , no necessity at all with toiletries you get whatever they have maybe just a lotion or nothing, sometimes no blanket depending, not even a trash can. Rooms filthy, no mopping barely dust bathrooms gross clean. Poorly ran no matter the price. As for the security cameras they clearly do not watch, wifi horrible never works, an the doors to your room anybody cld get into your room , but when you need a place to stay for price an pet friendly you deal with the endless amount of negatives in this establishment when needed or money is tight.

The bedding was dirty, stained, wrinkled and with hair. It was really disgusting to use those beds. The sink was disgusting and there was hair everywhere. Yes, the hotel is cheap but that does not justify making it seem like you are sleeping right where someone has just left, without any minimal cleaning.

I would not recommend this place. First the staff they are very limited on the English language, Second they never take care of problems such as kids in the pool even at midnight which in Pasco theres a noise ordianance. The phone number listed does not take calls but after 15 tried you may get someone to answer. Its dirty cockroaches were seen. If theres a problem the staff does not know or care to handle it they just want you to go bye bye. They charge 20.00 a day for each pet however they make up their own fee when you check in. This place is a dump and should be shut down, Disgrace to the community.

My boyfriend and I are simple people and we have a different outlook on hotels than most. We book them just to sleep and move on so we don’t care about all the bells and whistles. This is a motel that you stay one night in and move on. It serves its purpose which is a bed and walls. Even we wouldn’t stay for more than one night. If you’re the type that requires modern, well kept, or even any type of extra hospitality this is not the place. There are people staying here because they have no other choice, we stayed here because we are cheap and would rather spend our money on other things.

There were no blankets or top sheets. Only gave us one towel. When we asked for blankets and towels for the two of us we were told they didn’t have any. I had to go to store and buy a blanket. The was no trashcan in the room either. There was dry blood on the ceiling I took pictures of to show the hotel clerk/management. Over all we tried to make the best of the stay for the weekend. We a will never stay there again or recommend anyone stay there. I’d like a refund but we decided and make the best of it since the location of the hotel was convenient to our itinerary for the weekend.

This hotel had no blankets ,only 1 top sheet (2beds), and only had 1 towel 1 bath mat no wash clothes I actually had to go buy sheets blankets and towels , plus a unexpected $50 deposit ( do not lose receipt) they won’t give the cash deposit back

Front desk personnel were helpful. The pool view was a nice addition to the stay. Nice gardens. The room however was kind of dingy and dark. The bathroom! I would not step in that shower barely wanted to use the toilet. It's sufficed our needs for a place to sleep.

When we checked in, we paid for 4 people for one room. I asked if we could have four towels in our room, one for each person. The man at the desk said he had no access to the towels. When we got to our room, we found there was only one towel and nothing else. No washcloth. No cups. No soap. No shampoo. In the morning, we told the new man at the front desk that we only had one towel for four people, even though we had paid for four people to stay. He was indignant, unfriendly and showed that he did not care about the experience. And all around, not nice at all. For this experience, I thought that I should be given at least a small refund or a I’m sorry. Unacceptable behavior from the staff.
