I always stay here when I am visiting our Our daughter and her husband in Granville. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is always courteous.

First, I have never stayed at Springhill and I booked on a whim after reading reviews. Overall, if you book this hotel I believe it’s a good choice barring any crazy guests because it’s so small you hear everything. First, the hotel was very clean. I always bring my own cleaning stuff and after cleaning the bathroom my sponge still looked clean, that says a lot. This location looked new and was nicely decorated. It had all of the amenities I wanted but it was cozy and intimate. The staff were also nice and accommodating which is important to me. Cons: please fix the screens in the desk partition. Every time you or anyone outside the room walk they rattle which is extremely annoying, especially when your sleep. Also, the parking lot paving looks relatively new, why are there no lines to mark the spaces? People that stayed there parked as if they had no idea to park without them. Most important, I know its a small hotel but for goodness sake do not allow people to rent out the lobby for parties. When your trying to check in its far too noisy because its too small. Upon arrival, I came up to the entrance with my bags but when I saw all the people I thought I was crashing a private party and this couldnt be the entrance so I went back to the car and drove around looking for another entrance. Plus the entry door is not clearly marked. Sadly, the same folks had a party both nights and they were childish maniacs that have no business out in public but thats not the hotels fault.

We had been coming off a long road trip and the room was comfortable, clean and cozy. Very nice staff and the breakfast was great.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The only negative was that the warm food was cold and they seemed behind at replacing missing items. The pool was extremely small and looked run down. We simply chose not to use it.

Higjlights were the highly functional room layout and decent breakfast. Lowlight is the noise with thin walls (talking, shower, flushing all could be heard from the neighboring room).

We made reservations over a month ago and when we arrived we were told the hotel was overbooked and no rooms were available. Needless to say I was not happy. I will not book this hotel again nor will I use hotels.com for booking. After a long flight this was more than disappointing.

Excellent hotel. Clean and when I walked in the room had that clean smell to it . Good breakfast plenty of options . Nice fire pit with outdoor sitting . Nice size room with a separate sitting area . Pool was very small.

We stayed at Springhill in order to enjoy a day of shopping in Grandville. I am a frequent traveler and extremely picky. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice the room was. Loved the bathroom setup and the spaciousness of a walk-in closet for storing everything. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!

We had a comfortable stay. It was a clean, safe, easy place to stay. The bed was comfortable which is hard to find. The couch that has a trundle bed under is something I wish they would have had when I had small kids. We will stay at a Springhill whenever we have the chance!

Rooms are great: full fridge, generous in-room sink area with dishware, in addition to the microwave. Area of improvement is fitness and pool. There are two spinning bikes but no recumbent. The recumbent is more appropriate for us duffers whose triathlon days are behind us. Also, the restroom in the pool area needs a total make over.

Spacious room. Excellent breakfast (could stay open a little longer…closed at 9am) pool is very small for size of hotel…need a jacuzzi) Gym is nice. And property is well maintained. Large sitting area in lobby for breakfast was nice. Walking distance to a lot of eatery and shopping.

Poor service from staff. Unjustly charged me a smoking fee and refused to refund me. The breakfast was cold and bland and I think I saw a roach! The exterior was unkempt. I guess you get what you pay for.

Nice place. Good breakfast buffet. The lock on the outer door doesn’t latch. Staff said it had been reported and they are having it fixed. Nice to have a level II EV charger onsite - too bad it has been vandalized and ChargePoint hasn’t fixed it yet.

I stayed two nights it is a great hotel. I would highly recommend this one rooms were excellent. Customer service was outstanding. If I go back to Grand Rapids again I would stay at the same hotel. I was very pleased. Rooms are very large. Can’t say enough about the hotel.and the staff

Good: - Clean rooms, generally clean hotel - Modern, updated decor - Staff pleasant Bad: - Staff level is bare minimum, so if you need something, it'll be a long delay - No housekeeping during your stay (but it seems that this is the new normal post-covid) - The bathroom has a barn door with translucent glass - WHY??!! Is privacy less important than style?? Ugly: - The outdoor seating area looks great in the pictures, but reality is quite the opposite - furniture is worn down, area unclean with plenty of bugs - both dead and alive

Strange people talking and partying at 3am in the morning called desk no one answered. Desk manager could not help us with streaming netflix and or apps. terrible tv choices Asked for towels and none were delivered, even after we said we dodn't need beds made or bathroom cleaned. I had to go to desk and ask again. Breakfsat selction at 8:35 were either out or poor qulaity

Beautiful and clean hotel … Jessica at the front desk was awesome .. only problem was that the sign to locate the hotel is horrible .. only one sign at the entrance to the hotel .. and that is short … the property is off in the side streets with no big sign for a Marriott property… sadly we drove around for 20 minutes before we could find the hotel.
