Beautiful grounds. Fabulous and welcoming staff.
The walking track is serene.
Our room was neat and well kept. We had a lovely big balcony to enjoy the view while sipping our wine.
We had a wonderful restaurant attendant greet us, full of smiles and knowledge.
The wine tasting was lovely, next to the fireplace. Our attendant here was also very knowledgeable and friendly.
My restaurant food expectations weren’t quite met. We tried the chefs selection which varies.
Overall, highly recommend 👌

Excellent stay at Mitchelton Hotel. Hotel is modern and very clean. Day Spa was outstanding, one of the best treatment's we have ever experienced. Only disappointment is the Restaurant options. There is a Cafe and The Muse restaurant, which both have a very limited Menu. Overall would stay again.

Very nice and relaxing spot. Dinner at restaurant was average but staff and ambiance made up for and overall was nice experience.

Lovely hotel but vineyard view room actually looks over the car park which was disappointing.

Mitchelton was fantastic! We decided just a few days beforehand that we wanted to go somewhere for a few days where we could relax, have some wine, eat some food and enjoy the sun. Only 90 mins from Melbourne, Mitchelton was perfect for this. We were greeted with a welcome wine on arrival and the staff were friendly and kind. The room was beautiful, with gorgeous linens, a nice big telly and chocolates that are made and sold on-site. The pool was beautiful, with a staff member there to take drinks and food orders, dinner at The Muse Restaurant was great, and we enjoyed a casual wine and some cheese from The Provodore one afternoon as well. We were also really lucky to go on a weekend when Mitchelton was doing an outdoor cinema, which I would recommend they continue to do as it’s that little bit of evening entertainment a guest can enjoy and means they realistically don’t have to leave Mitchelton at all for their whole trip. We didn’t get a chance to do a winery tour or tasting but we grabbed some wine from the Cellar Door on the way home and we will definitely be back for the winery tour and tastings again soon. I found it hard to find any negatives from our stay at Mitchelton. The only thing I could suggest for Mitchelton to improve on would be to look at offering a better pool side/room service menu. That’s all I’ve got! Loved it so much, we’ll recommend to everyone we know!

We attended a wedding reception, it was a super sunny day and the grounds were lovely. However, the twin beds were tiny, we never asked for a twin room but realise a room cannot be guaranteed but all others had good size beds.

A relaxing 2 days at Mitchelton Hotel. River view room was beautifully appointed with a delightful view of the river. Staff were keen to assist. The Cellar Door and The Muse Restaurant cater for every food and beverage need. The wines in the mini bar were well priced.

Seriously, best hotel I've staying in at a country region, fair price per night, amazing staff, amazing amenities, everything available on-site, no need to venture into town. I was staying for a business trip, though this place is incredibly well suited for couples wanting to visit the wine region.

Staff were fantastic, Tracey was extremely welcoming & the staff at the restaurant were very helpful & accomodating. It would be lovely to have the menu for diner a little more extensive especially if staying for longer than 1-2 nights. But otherwise it was lovely
