Property very convenient to ski Sugarloaf mountain..ski in ski out. great shuttle system to get around,,restaurant on premises...
was mostly quiet but very much in need of updating and has NO elevator, narrow stairways, old rugs and older couches, chairs and sofa beds

Building itself old and wonky. Our room was nice but quite small. Good price point for the area.

They've done a nice job modernizing the rooms, central location cannot be beat and fair pricing. It didn't hurt GF and I were the only people in the building, including staff during our one-night stay... LOL

The property is very old and rooms and bathrooms need updating badly. No elevators and the rooms were very musty smelling. We left a day early because we could not enjoy the inn.

The Inn was very comfortable and clean for one person , room was small. All I had to do was walk up the hill for my running event at Sugarloaf.
Person at the desk was very accommodating.
The place is dated and there was no frills, no fridge, microburst the view was awesome and it was very quiet !it was off season so not a lot of dining choices.

We needed a place to stay on our way to Campobello Island. This seemed like a good halfway point. It was off season so not much to see or do. But the front desk lady was very helpful and kind. Thank you.

Picture postcard gorgeous view of the mountain. The only drawback that the rooms are second and third floors with no elevator. Also no microwave or fridge in room.

No Breakfast!! Small rooms, no desk/table, no refrigerator, noise travelled easy between rooms, parking lot a ways away from inn, not much choice in vending machines. Rooms were clean, staff nice, nice to be able to ski from inn

Been going to Sugarloaf for many years and this is the first time I have stayed at the INN. It was awesome from the moment we came through the doors until the minute we left we were made to feel like family. Highly recommend staying at the Sugarloaf Inn and Eating at Shipyard it was a 10 plus

Unfortunately it was summer and during the week so we were unable to enjoy any of the surrounding activities that are held only on the week end. Also the hotel bar and eating lounge were closed for the summer. Newly renovated section of rooms was was great. Will have to come back during the winter, but we dont ski!

Could be, and probably was, an amazing place but sadly has been allowed to deteriorate

Very outdated! Rundown stinky carpet in
My room and all common areas. No elevators and stuck us on 3rd floor. No Ac in common areas either. Had a hard time finding it too. Aside from the beautiful scenery I wouldn’t recommend it I wish I had spent the extra money to stay at the Sugarloaf resort and not the Sugarloaf in big difference! Very overpriced for these Mediocre one down accommodations.

It was fine. However the property is old and it is easily noticeable. There was a strange smell in our room. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions during our stay. However, I have left 2 pillows in the room when I left. 24 hours after I left, no one called me to inform and propose to ship it. I have sent an email to the hotel and I have never heard back from them. It seems they kept them. Therefore, I lost 2 pillows of 300$ worth. I do not recommend this hotel, mostly because of that.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very friendly albeit only there between 8am-6pm. If anything was to come up after 6pm, you'd be on your own.

I have never been as disappointed with a hotel stay before and I stay in a lot of hotels..the room was not very clean, there was a broken chair and it obvious that they raised the price to a ridiculous rate for this week. $411 for a $85 maybe room. I will not be staying here again…it’s old and like a ski locker…really very disappointed…

Last ski weekend of the season is great for a quiet and convenient stay here at the Inn. The restaurant (brewery) and lift nearby were closed due to the change in season, however the Inn provided vouchers for breakfast at an off-site on-mountain location. Matt, at the front desk, was as helpful as possible - Great spring skiing!

Quick one night stay on a business trip in the early fall. Wish I had time to try the trails on the hill. Beautiful location, original hotel right on the ski hill.

I forgot my cell phone in my room. They emailed and I picked it up that afternoon. Everyone was quite friendly, even though they were busy that day.

Receptionist was great at check-in and helpful throughout our stay. No elevators made it a lot of work because we had a lot of gear.
2.0 / 10.0
Place was still 1960’s. No restaurant in building. NO ELEVATOR with rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors. Will not recommend to anyone. Staff was helpful.
2.0 / 10.0
Shower was cold, no hot water. Also no air conditioner. So sleeping was uncomfortable. The location is nice though.
1.0 / 10.0
The toilet stopped up at 7 pm. There was no staff at the property to help us. They were unable to send a plumber or help in any way! Can you imagine what it’s like to have a stopped up toilet overnight! The property was overpriced and underserved. Also, the air conditioner didn’t work. Thank goodness the windows opened.Breakfast that was offered was almost nonexistent.
