The shower area is quite small but workable, room served its purpose. The breakfast downstairs was amazing, and all the staff were professional and courteous.

There was an electrical fire in the basement and it took until 6 pm before they call to tell me that they won’t be able to provide me with my room. It was during the big rock n roll show and all hotel where book solid. I end up sleeping in my car.

No air conditioning and no complimentary bottle of water as advertised.

Property was clean but no service whatsoever. We saw one man working one time the whole time we were there. When I called the days leading up to our arrival to make an inquiry, no answer. I called multiple times, both hotel and restaurant. When we arrived to check-in, no one was working. Same anytime we passed the front desk, halls, exterior, restaurant, check-out, etc. Not a soul. The AC was broken and the restaurant was closed even though it said open online. Cute little place and right down the road from Village Vacances but some service and accurate posted hours for the restaurant would be nice. There is nothing else in the area for food.

Poor service

The faucet in the shower room is broken and the water cannot be adjusted, which gives people a very uncomfortable feeling. There is no suitable service. The room facilities are simple and old， I think I booked the wrong hotel, which is particularly uncomfortable for travel

Have bedrooms and comfortable queen beds, plus 2 sofa beds. If the bathroom had vent fan that would be better.

We only noticed to this property is the toilet was a different colour of seat bowl and damaged, it's very cheap to buy for a replace this seat bowl. But overall are very good.

i want to suggest add a billiard hall that some people can hang up there :-)

The only little issue was the toilet, sometimes wouldn’t flush and would make a loud noise, my husband had to fix it after every time we went to use it and the water in the sink tastes bad but overall it was a quiet and clean place that’s why i think it deserves 4 stars

It’s an Inn, so not pretty or anything, but just fine for anything else

The restaurant is very good and I will go there if I return to Valcartier village, but I may select another place to stay. The room was small and clean, the toilet was very old and small.

This would be a nice little condo, great location, however, there was no running water in the kitchen. Probably a frozen pipe. However, despite asking several times for assistance, there was zero communication back to us from the host and zero resolution during our stay. Also, mouse feces in the pots and pans. Very disappointing for the price.

One night cost us $234 with taxes. There was one small lamp in the room or super bright ceiling lights. Limited staff in charge of reception and restaurant. Cost of stay and food were high for low value. No access to drinking water unless from bathroom tap. No pool, no gym. Switched to Marriott Hotel for less.

Would be nice to have a larger TV and coffee maker in room. Location is in great proximity to Vacation Village and Quebec City.

Beautiful location, clean facility that faces a gorgeous historic church. Staff were friendly and resourceful. Would highly recommend!

We had a good experience staying in this inn. Its only 5mins away from Valcaltier Bora Parc Our room was clean. Receptionist are friendly. We just didn’t expect that our room is beside the cemetery. We didn’t mind it anyways

Had to be in there with AC constantly on, not to be turned off. Toilet would barely flush.

No water in bottles or portable water, no breakfast, no cold water in the shower

Close proximity to Valcartier village. Shower was really small, you hit walls with the elbow, not able to shower properly. You can hear everything in next room. Cold water for at least 5 min, before you able to shower. We had room on second floor. To get internet connection you need to go to first floor, sign to wifi and go back to your room. My kids were on the run up and down every evening.

Very convenient for Village vacances Valcartier

The only complaint I have is that the bed mattress is way too hard for my liking. Both my husband and I got backaches from one night sleep from that.

Le site hotels.ca annonce cette auberge comme étant un 3*, mais sur la porte d’entrée de l’auberge c’est un 2*. Notre chambre était semblable aux photos, mais la salle de bain était malpropre et très mal entretenue.

No hustle on check in and check out. All is smooth

Good Facility overall. Right next to Valcartier aquaparc. Check-in is mixed with restaurant and we planned on having breakfast there at checkout but restaurant/front desk was closed... So so experience for that but good location. Comfortable/clean place for a fair price.
