The Atlantis is right on the beach and the convenience is everything about this place. The pier is only about a half mile walk and their pool was heated. We had a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker so we could save some money on buying our own snacks and sandwich fixings. The room was a bit smaller than I had expected based on the photos. The bathroom stayed damp and the towel holder fell off the wall, but they promptly fixed it. Maid service came early each day (9:30 am). A couple days we were still in bed. I'm more accustomed to them coming in the afternoon. Overall we had a nice time visiting the beach, which is what we were there for.

We had a great stay in room 19 in one of the ocean front kitchenette apartments. Great views, and everything we needed. Lisa the owner was super accomadating to my family and remembered me by name throughout my stay. Quick walk to pier but enough distance to keep it quiet both on the street and the beach. I will be back!

The property is cute, however the bathroom is so tiny. A toilet, a little sink, and a small shower. The door slides but there was no lock. For a last minute booking I wasn’t exactly complaining. However, my son attempted to swim in the pool, but he had an asthma attack. No fault of the property, but off to urgent care we went. We decided to rest and check out the next morning to return to NY. At first, the owner offered a small credit for a future stay. Then she decided she was going to refund me one full nights stay. She typed and realized I booked through Expedia and not direct so she stated there is nothing she can do. I felt that was so disheartening. She said they pay fees or whatever. I said could you possibly deduct the fee and perhaps just refund me something. She said no, sorry but call her next year and she what she can do. It left a terrible feeling with me. I left because my sons asthma was flared and obviously he wouldn’t be able to do much. The TV only has about 10 channels and none are kid friendly. I am nurse and single mom so I just feel that was so slightly rude and selfish behavior. Needless to say, I will not be returning there.

This motel was extremely expensive so I expected a lot more. The room was quite small and was not particularly clean. The bed was just terrible, very soft, like it was very old. This is a very old place, or so it seemed. I could hear the plumbing - loudly - from the upstairs room. I do not recommend this place.

Our room had not been cleaned when checked in. The office staff was able to find us another room but not the ocean front room we paid for. The rooms are cozy and parking was tight but not impossible. The easy access to the beach and getting to see the sunrise was the only thing that made it worth the stay.

Stayed for IM 70.3 Maine- good location, easy walk to transition. Right on the beach, pool also available. Had a larger apartment style room that was perfect for all my gear. Not fancy, but perfect for what I needed

Overall a nice place but the rooms are quite small. It was clean however. My only complaint is that the sliding style doors were narrow and very difficult to close properly.

Stay at Atlantis was great. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was more spacious than I thought. Everything was super clean. Couldn’t beat the location as the property has direct beach access and the kids LOVED the pool. The owner was really nice.

We liked the location right on the beach. Our room was pretty nice in comparison to other OOB motels. The bathroom was not sized for humans but it made for some good jokes since you had to slide into the toilet sideways to avoid the sink and the sink was in your face while you sat.. great for multi tasking.

All rooms were supposed to have a kitchenette. Mine had a fridge which didn’t work well and a microwave, no dishes and a dirty coffee machine. No chair or any umbrella options on the the beach either. We were had no maid service for 4 days and no one came by asking if we need anything but we’re all over us an hr b fore checkout to leave which was at 10 am. I flagged someone down during our stay and eventually got dishes. They apologized and said they forgot to put any in the room. This was a terrible value for what I paid but the location and beach access was great which is why the review wasn’t worse… The desk knew my room sucked and on checkout I wasn’t even asked how my stay or room was. Total rip-off. There are much better places. Lastly I paid with a credit card and was charged an 3% more…

Was pleasantly surprised at the size and general appearance of the room. Overall cleanlineas was good. Beach view was awesome. Sunrise was right out our front sliding door. Will be back.

Loved that it was beachfront and very clean, but parking was jammed in, no screens to allow air flow or listen to ocean, ac leaked and price was high.

The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly. The location great- right on the beach and just the right distance from the hub bub of the crowded area. Everything walkable distance, or a short drive for groceries. Very clean. Beds very comfortable- only complaint TV at a bad angle for viewing which was no big deal for us.

The inside and decor was beautiful and updated. Location was perfect being right on the beach. Kid friendly and great atmosphere. Staff was so welcoming and pleasant.
