Aside from the water main break down the street there was no running water and if it did it ran BROWN. Other than that the property was nice and quiet we really enjoyed the pool we had it all to ourselves. We checked out in the following day

rooms are okay but reception/common areas are worn. Lots of little things that werent great add up to things that matter.

When we arrived the staff on dutywas a little rude when asking about why the pool is closed. She stated it was on the website which it wasn't. The basketball court was closed. We found bugs in the room well 3 ticks once again they did nothing about it. They did not want to give out extra towels or bed set. We got no room service. This property was more like a motel than hotel.

It was great but we picked this hotel because they had a pool. but the pool was closed for maintenance, so the hotel stay wasn't what it was suppose to be.

We stay here anytime we get the chance and have never had a problem. They are always clean and friendly. This time however was different. Someone had clearly been smoking in the room prior to us. My husband really struggled to sleep due to his sensitivity to smoke. It was a tough night.

Pretty clean facility and room. Decent breakfast, with great breakfast attendant. Room large and comfy, except pillows. Nice shower.

They did their best for handicapped accessibility despite the systems being down etc I will definitely stay here again. And the bed was soooooo comfortable

We were supposed to get room service every other day. Our first day of service, no towels were left after removing the used ones. Also, the bed was not made. On our supposed 2nd day of service, no service was provided. When we questioned the reservation desk, they said it was a Sunday and that we should have requested service since they don't ordinarily provide service on Sundays. So the next day we got service -- bed was made but again no towels were replaced. We had to get towels from the reservation desk person. The breakfest was less than inspiring. We stayed in this hotel about 3 or 4 years earlier and everything was very good during that stay. That's why we paid more for this hotel over competing hotels in the area. Never again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, comfy clean room and common areas, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel has water issues. Was not able to shower or flush the toilet. Door lock battery was dead on arrival and had to be serviced almost every time we entered the room.

Very disappointed, we arrived yesterday and the first issue was the toilet didn’t flushed, I tried making worked, and it finally flushed. I called the front desk and made them aware. If that wasn’t enough my partner and I get up in the morning, I get in the shower, get all soaped up and the water goes I am standing in the shower all soaped up with no water, my partner calls down stairs and tells them, the front desk person, says she is calling maintenance to check the pumps, in the mean time we had some bottled water and I used it to get the soap off, I get out and the water comes on, my partner gets in gets gets all soaped up and the water goes again, I was so angry, this is inexcusable, I expect to be compensated, for all I went through

I don’t going to stay here never again. Bad experience. The bed was dirty the carpet was dirty has like cookies in the floor, the fridge has old food, the room smell cigarette, the toilet and the bed had hair the person who had stayed before me, horrible experience.

The hotel was good but the loud people outside was annoying. Staff was great and finding me tea. Waffles excellent too! Off the beaten path. The room was large the beds bad!

Love the room, was very clean with all amenities, especially the kitchen area with a full size refrigerator and dishwasher with cutlery!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one traveling and passing through!!

The facility was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Front desk staff was professional, friendly and informative. The room was nice size and clean. My only complaint is the water pressure was weak. The shower actually stopped running the pressure was so low.

Our experience was not good the moment we entered the hotel. The person who checked us in had no smile on her face as if she was doing us favor checking us in. The rooms were basic, given this is Hilton and you would expect more given the price. One of our rooms had sink clogged which took couple hours to fix. The poor maintenance guy was great and was trying hard to fix it but it reflects on the overall condition of hotel. Most of the plumbing fixtures were loose- sink faucet was ready to fall off, shower head was loose in the wall, toilet was running. On top of all of this the hilton room service is alternate days so if you are here for 1- 2 nights you are so out of luck. Breakfast was mediocre, dont bother. Worst part the manager was yelling at the breakfast lady in front of the customers. How can you treat your customers well if you cant treat your employees well. Hilton do better !!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was just okay comfortable. The water pressure left a lot to be desired. Evening shower was extra long because of the water pressure, morning shower the water disappeared twice during the shower. It literally dribbled out when it came back on. Free breakfast was good and the service was satisfactory. There just happened to be hundreds of kids around and it was super loud and very hectic. Not really the hotels fault but a tough place for an overnight stay.
