Sicuramente ci torneremo.

L’appartamento era accogliente e super pulito. La posizione perfetta. La cucina deliziosa. Tanti confort a disposizione (frigo, microonde, phon, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, …).

Suggeriamo la sostituzione del materasso del letto matrimoniale e l’installazione di zanzariere per consentire di arieggiare la casa senza essere invasi dalle zanzare e per il risparmio dell’aria condizionata.

What a great place to be! 2 sleaping rooms , 2 bathrooms and a big living and eating room. The kitchen had all in what we need. The flat ist really next to San Marco s place and had very nice furniture. Francesco ..the house contact Person ...was cute and nice. WE will stay there whenever WE plan to be in Venedig: 0)

a decent value that’s close to everything, just be aware of some of the comfort issues

right in the middle of everything, but you quickly find out that that’s pretty easy in Venice even if you take a wrong turn every time

as others have mentioned, it is above a bar, but I do think it was understated in most reviews just how loud it is and late into the night the rowdiness went. expect to hear a lot of noise until at least 2am. additionally despite being billed as having A/C, it’s important to note that there is no control for this in the apartment (building wide apparently) and it can’t be used outside of summer. it’s late may and between walking all day and overall humidity it made for very uncomfortable sleeping. and if you make the mistake of leaving the windows open, expect to get eaten alive my mosquitos. all that being said not a bad place at all, just could use some quality of life improvements (like standing fans) to help counter the negatives.

Nice homely apartment with all you could need at your doorstep

The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. All furniture was comfortable and it was easy to relax after a big day of sightseeing. The location was great and surrounded by high end shops.

You’re paying for location but also well-sized property with two bed to bath.

Excellent location, very well-sized two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. Francisco, the host, was friendly and provided food recommendations. You’d be staying here for the location. Food and bars right downstairs. All things considered, I highly recommend this place!

More pillows could be provided and the halogen light in the en-suite shower cubicle could be fixed. Would be good if this property offered self check-in to avoid the need for check-in coordination. However, neither of these are an issue.

Location is great. Nice roomy apartment. Easy access.

The beds all need replacing. The double bed in the main room is shocking. Unfortunately this would stop me rebooking which is a shame as everything else about the apartment is fantastic.

Great location, lots of room, friendly host, uncomfortable beds.

Outstanding location right next to St. Mark's square. Easy access to the boat stop, made getting to and from the place straightforward. The place is quite large with a good living room which made it easier to unwind. The host was friendly and easy to work with.

The beds were really not comfortable. A basic Ikea bed and mattress would be a great upgrade, and it probably wouldn't even cost that much. I highly recommend the hosts upgrade the beds, bump up the fees a little to offset the cost, and they'll have a great place on their hands.

Venize is unforgettable !

The localization is top. The apartment is located only 5 minutes walking from Piazza San Marco. The neighborhood is plenty of shops and restaurants. If you use the "Vaporetto", the stop at San Marco Vallaresso is less than 200 m from the apartment. The kitchen is well furnished. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Don't forget to bring your own tablets.

We did not like the beds. All of them are not comfortable. Even my kids complained about the single beds. The mattress and the bed frame are not good. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a very bad smell.

Owners were incredibly accommodating to our crazy arrival schedule and even added an extra bed for our last minute guest addition. Incredible location!! Emphasis on that. Has everything you need.

Perfect Stay

Host picked us up at Rialto, everything was very well organized. Got some guidance during our extended weekend, very responsive in regards to all our questions. Perfect stay in Venice.

Great location with excellent facilities

Great location just behind Piazza San Marco. Sights, shops and restaurants were all close by. It was quiet for sleeping and had plenty of space. Well-equipped and everything worked. We had a warm welcome and Garo provided lots of useful information and recommended several good places to eat. I would use this accommodation again on future visits.

The double bed was rather soft and a lttle noisy. We would have liked thicker/more pillows
