Very nice hotel with amazing spa. Not too far from center but need a car or an taxi. Staff at reception or spa was very nice, just the staff at breakfastbwas rude and not welcoming. But overall very nice place to stay

Pros: very friendy recepsionist. Only reason i take 4 star instead of 3. Very friendly and helpful. Cookie when arrived, good beds, average clean, good parking, good AC. Cons: food at restaurants was a really let down. The service was also not anything special in the restaurant (night and day from the friendly reception). Eat somewhere else. A little dated rooms. Location is a bit away from centre. Overall a good hotel at a good price with very friendly reception.

Stayed here a few times, unfortunately the room they gave us this time had a loud clicking noise going on all through the night. Was impossible to sleep properly, we did report this but staff did not seem to care.

Have stayed on and off now for 16 weeks, tried different rooms each time small, king, a couple with kitchen and sofa, although the rooms are cleaned they never vacuum, stains on furniture so always have to sit on a towel, they never replace the milk in fridge you always have to ask for it, shouldn't have to should i, Bar staff are very good the food is excellent, SPA facilities are fantastic good sized pool sauna and jacuzzi amazing massages to boot. Pricey I think to be honest, just not as clean as it should be for such a Hotel Chain my only disappointment

A big Hilton hotel. Could probably be anywhere in the world. A short drive from city center, max. 5€ with a taxi. We stayed here because of the pool and spa. This was so nice, We loved to spend time in the Spa and swim and use jacuzzi and saunas.

The hotel was beautiful and luxurious. The linens and the beds were very comfortable and a high standard. The breakfast looked lovely but it wasn’t very tasteful. Location a little bit out of town but taxis are plentiful. The spa was lovely and the massage wonderful.

We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and had to wait for over an hour to check in and there were only three people before us. We had booked two double rooms with connecting doors, which I had also received confirmation of. We got double rooms with connecting doors but not with each other's rooms. The next day one of us had to change rooms so we got a room with connecting doors. In the new room there was a used soap and a pile of hair in the shower. The faucet at the sink was loose and there was only a small jet of water. I pointed this out throughout the stay but it was never fixed. The cleaning felt sloppy and the cleaning staff should have reacted to the faucet at the sink. How can they clean the sink when it is not possible to get water? During the 5 days we were there, the floor was never vacuumed and the glasses we used were not cleaned. We always ran out of toilet paper as a new roll was not installed until the previous one was finished. Sheets were to be changed every third days but were not changed during the entire stay. The hotel is otherwise very nice and the breakfast was really good. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and the hotel is not close to other options. The minibar was not that cold so we did not dare store food there. I feel that the hotel is expensive and it does not live up to that level.
