I recently stayed at the Diamond Apartments Bellagio and I must say, it was truly a delightful experience. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The location of the apartments is also superb - situated in a lovely area with great recommendations for local restaurants and attritions. But the highlight for me was definitely the pool - it was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of swimming in the beautiful swimming in the beautiful lake . Overall, I highly recommend Diamond Apartments Bellagio for anyone looking for a fantastic stay with excellent service and a perfect location.

The Diamond Apartments were lovely. A new pool and garden in the back was amazing and the location cannot be beat! We had the 2 bedroom apartment which has 2 full bathrooms. Would be perfect for a friend trip or family trip!

Diamond apartments was a perfect stay for our family in Bellagio. It was in the middle of town so easy to walk to all shopping, restaurants and the ferry to access other areas of Lake Como. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment was immaculate and well provisioned for us. The management team was excellent - helpful, easy to access, responsive. This was the best apartment we had during our tour through Italy and we will certainly return to it next time we visit Bellagio. Thank you!

Clean very convenient, close to restaurants. Spacious, has kitchen. Staff are very attentive. Feel like more air b&b with on site staff. Paid extra for lake view, not sure really need it, most of the time, we spent on lake side area with excellent view and scenery.

Property convenient for town with secure parking. Apartment comfortable and clean however if you a little over size you may have a problem with the shower. It is very small.

Great apartment and very spacious with all the amenities of home. It even has a washer and dryer to use for free. Amazing restaurants within 1 min walking away. Front desk was great to work with and easy parking. Very cozy and comfortable I would highly recommend staying here for a more relaxed quaint experience than a big hotel.

The hosts were incredible and helpful. Amenities were wonderful (including washing machine). AC blows cold. George the dog was a highlight to come home to. View and balcony are incredible. Cannot say enough good things about this property and the hosts.

Loved our stay at Diamond Apartments! The location is PERFECT. Right behind Villa Serbelloni. Walking distance to all the restaurants and the ferries. You're basically right in the center of things, but still accessible by car. Syria at the concierge was so nice and attentive: making dinner and transfer reservations for us. The apartment was spacious with air conditioning and a full kitchen.

Our stay at Diamond Apartments in Bellagio was the best out of our 3 country tour of Europe. It is 5 stars. Updated furnishings, clean and comfortable bedding, and bathroom, situated in a perfect location, amenities like laundry, and a fully stocked kitchen with a welcome basket of goodies, and friendly and communicative staff. Superb. I can't rate it better. If you have a chance, you must stay here!

Stayed in the Panoramic view apartment, which was fantastic! Kitchen amenities, washer, everything was perfectly set up for a comfortable stay. Parking was great and the person at the desk gave great recommendations for places and activities in town. Can’t beat the location either!

An amazing property. The hosts are incredible. Private parking available. These apartments are brand new and beautiful. They have everything! They even offer a free laundry room on site. They provided a special welcome package. The location is perfect. You can walk to everything. We look forward to our next visit. Grazie!!

Really well located property and a good size with nice set up. We were very happy to be able to self cater as food in Bellagio is over priced and not great. Also, Arianna was very helpful on arrival and during our stay. The only thing we were not happy with is the bedroom having a sheer curtain rather than blockout

This was our first time renting an apartment rather than a hotel. Let me know you-Arianna and her colleagues were so warm and helpful I will never stay any place in Como but here. They recommended restaurants, hikes and activities. The apartment was lovely and had more space than we expected.

Andrea the manager was very helpful. Parking is a breeze and it's right next to the apartments. The apartments are very well maintained, look almost new. Quite comfortable for 3 people. Only 2 things that would make it perfect would be faster WiFi and providing better toiletries (shampoo and soap) in the bathroom.

Less than a minute walk to the passenger ferry terminal. 5 minutes walk to the car-passenger ferry terminal. 2. Location - In a sought after location in Bellagio. Near a Church, Pharmacy, supermarket, boutiques and restaurants 3. Staff are so welcoming, helpful and the communication is top-notch. They will go the extra mile to help you out. 4. Price - Value for money! 5. Room Accommodation - Spacious, clean, modern interior, Wifi is very good, kitchen is well equipped, Beds are comfortable, all essentials are there 6. Apartment interior - Refreshed to modern interior Cons: We did not find these as big issues but something to keep in mind… 1) If you have heavy large luggages - be ready for a very short inclined walk. 2) Reception is not manned 24x7 so make sure you know what time they are in and coordinate with them especially if you are checking in late or checking out early or you need new towels/ bathroom essentials Suggestion for the apartment owner: Please have Safe/Safety Box in the rooms

Absolutely everything lived up to our hopes at this place, but especially the extremely serviceminded staff and the atmosphere they generated for my my wife, my baby and I was world class. I have never before written a comment here, even though I have had more then 300 night through Hotels.com, but these people deserve praise.
