Room was very clean and comfortable

Greatblittle hotel, clean and comfortable, although i did hang something up to dry abovebthe television and it camd back absolutely covered in dust! The laundry facilities they advertise also seems to just be a wash basin and drying rack you can request. We couldn't find any coin laundry as expected

The staff and cleaning team were so lovely and polite and the rooms with the river view were incredible. Thank you!

The night view is beautiful and the room is spacious.

Good but old

Great location, near train station. Breakfast was good. Room was fairly spacious, nice view of the river. The beds were a bit firm for our tastes but otherwise a great spot
2.5
Excellent quality for a very reasonable cost.
Very good breakfast.
5.0
The short distances between the Hiroshima Station and the close River, wich is a nice rout
5.0
Nice view over the river. Compact room but as we had our clothes in packaging cells we were able to take what we needed out and leave our bags in the corner until we needed to pack to leave.
5.0
The hotel was super conveniently placed. Close to the Hiroshima station and with in walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. There were so many amazing dining options near by as well. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the view from our room was nice!
3.0
It was an ok hotel. Small room and the bathroom felt like I was on a cruise ship. The area around is beautiful with the river but we did not get a room with any view. Hotel staff was probably the best part of the hotel. They let us check in early and were very helpful. Check in and out was super easy. Breakfast was good as well.
4.0
The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, around 10 minutes walk from the JR station. The room is not too big but at least allows for opening of two suitcases. Pretty decent.
1.5
Very average hotel. I think calling it upscale was a stretch. Nothing wrong with it and nothing special. If you are used to Hilton and Marriott brands then I would recommend elsewhere. Good location to the train station and atomic dome memorial.
4.0
The location is near by HIROSHIMA station.
Room interior is renovated.
Restaurant morning is great as local food.
5.0
The reception staff very friendly and helpful and the room was decent size

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Hiroshima and with a great view. Staff were super friendly
5.0
Nice and clean hotel. The room is a bit larger than the average standard Japanese hotel rooms which is great. Staff was very kind and allowed me to check in early. Room had a view of the river. It's about a 13 minute walk from Hiroshima station. Very close to a Familymart. Close enough to public transport to take you around the city.
1.5
A reasonable hotel about a 10 minute walk from the station, and a bit far away from any decent food options. The hotel itself does not cater well for food. Don't even bother with the breakfast option, as it's very mediocre and they have no flexibility whatsoever if you have a trip booked early. Breakfast only starts from 7am.

This hotel is about 15 minute walk to the train station. Very clean hotel. We took The hop on hop off bus to see the garden, museum and the memorial area that start at the train station. Staff are all so wonderful and helpful.

Next to the river. Close to the train station. Staff are so nice and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Will definitely recommend to everyone staying in the area.
4.0
Nice stay, clean property, convenient location, but seemed somewhat dated compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at recently in Japan. The breakfast is also one of the more expensive ones for what you get.
2.5
Very good hotel with nice rooms. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The location of the hotel is central and by the river. We loved ou stay there.

Hiroshima was unique!
3.0
Outdated entertainment system, no way to stream own content. No way to sign on and play Netflix or YouTube as other hotels. Video on demand system expensive and lacking.
5.0
Great location to explore Hiroshima and close enough to access the train and bus station by foot

This is a nice hotel! We had a lovely view of the river too! The staff is very professional and efficient! They kindly called a restaurant and made reservations for us! The air conditioning, wifi, and shower all worked very well. Moreover, we had a great night's sleep because it was so quiet. What would have made the room 5 stars (for us) would have been having a mini fridge and kettle in the room. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel!
2.5
This is a great hotel located near the train station. Double room is well appointed with a view of the riverside. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and friendly staff. Breakfast offers a variety of items for different tastes. Highly recommend this hotel!

All fine, walking distance to station and several sights. Beds comfortable, bit harder than softer. Unfavorably not possible to open room windows. Nice river view.

Lovely clean hotel room, customer service was top notch with attention to detail.
English speaking receptionists.

Nice clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.
2.0
Nice hotel located on the river front. Ideally located close to centre and train station. Easy walking distance to Hiroshima Castle and not too far from the Memorial Gardens
4.0
It's not a partularly good location for a tourist. Long walk from the station and also the main tourist areas. Rooms are OK, but on the small side. Staff OK. I wouldn't stay again if I was doing Hiroshima tourism
5.0
Lovely hotel room, short walk from the station and some attractions. A slightly father walk (~8 min) to get to the main street-cars and buses.
Only minor complaint was some of the food items in the breakfast buffet could have been a bit hotter, but the food quality itself was good.
5.0
Transportation nearby!
5.0
Beautiful gardens!
A quick walk from the station.
