The staff here is very friendly, and the Wi-Fi works great, which was a big plus. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the city center, you can take two different trams to get there. On the downside, the rooms lack basic amenities. There’s no wardrobe, fridge, shelves, or closet to store your belongings. They also don’t provide slippers, a mini bar, a kettle, or a safe. The bed sheets are not the best quality and can be noisy when you move. Additionally, each guest only gets one pillow, which might not be enough for some. If you’re arriving after midnight, make sure to call ahead, as they lock the revolving door and have a specific process for entry. Overall, it’s a simple stay but missing some essentials for comfort. Also expensive.

They charged over four hundred per night and you so not get what you pay for. This is more like a hostile than a hotel.

Hotel is in good condition and is very conveniently positioned. The staff are excellent with a special mention to Despina who was particularly helpful. However there were several shortcomings. Very limited hanging space. No wardrobe. Not one draw. And was most annoying no safe which should be mandatory for a hotel catering to travelers. Also our room was not serviced in between our 2 night stay, which didn’t really concern us but was an oversight, But overall the hotel has a bright and happy feel to it.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and decent breakfast. Not a bad location, two minuted from the metro. No storage for clothes in room, i stayed 9 nights, most of my clothes had to stay in my suitcase. Towels were changed every day which really wasnt necessary. Food choices limited of an evening and no waitress service.

Great Hotel with friendly staff. Nice modern style. Highly recommended! Only minor issue: the room doors are not as noise absorbing as some of the premium hotels. I could hear the neighbor entering and leaving, however had luxury hotels not being any better

The stay was great, the staff was very helpful and nice. The beer was good and very decently priced and the breakfast had great selection. Nothing to complain about. The room was minimalistic, to be expected, but nonetheless very comfortable and clean.Thank you for the wonderful stay and welcoming atmosphere!

A modern hotel on the outskirts of Dusseldorf which has excellent tram links to the Mitsubishi Electric Halle which was the main reason we stayed there. The hotel has a car park (major plus) and the rooms were quiet, clean and cool - very important during a European heatwave. There was a welcome free cocktail when we checked in too. The hotel does provide food but that is the only poor thing connected with the hotel: lasagne at 9 euros and served in its square foil container wasn't it's strongest suit. However, otherwise an excellent hotel

This hotel was very basic. Overpriced for what was on offer. Had to ask on three occasions for soap to be put in the room. No wardrobe only a steel trellis with 3 hangers. No phone In the room. Staff were nice. No service whatsoever. Someone came to the table to tell us our order was on the counter. Plastic cups on the bathrooms. No phone on the room
