The hotel room and gym were good and breakfast was fine, but please remove the false advertising. There is no restaurant/bar or lounge at this hotel. It’s tacky to include them on your website.

Great! Room was wonderful and had everything we could've needed. Marcy at reception was very helpful.

When we arrived they were having huge problems with the reservation software which all Hilton properties were dealing with that weekend. They did an excellent job accommodating our needs and were extremely welcoming especially under the circumstances. We have stayed there before and would gladly stay there again.

I had to sleep in room 210 without air conditioner despite attempts to change my room failed. I want to file a complaint.

The room was nicely arranged and included a small fridge, microwave, kitchen area, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, and silverware. There was also a desk/work area. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast included hot items and tasted better than most complimentary breakfast. The only issue I had was the shower head wasn’t sealed correctly and it was never repaired during my extended stay.

The room was clean but the shower head barely worked, the refrigerator was very loud and the bathroom didn’t have vents so if the toilet was used the smell stayed in the room and if you showered you had steam all through the room.

I wish they had king size beds but room was nice and clean. They had a ball team staying at the hotel but asked where we would like to stay and they gave us a quiet room on the 4th floor.

The staff is kind, lobby is pleasant, room is clean and they use environmentally friendly toiletries. Swimming pool not very big and water not very clean. Some breakfast items run out before the time line to have breakfast. However, Breakfast was good.

All was well.

Wonderful stay except 2 tbings. No sound proofing. Could hear conversations in the next room and above me. Other con was the shower head. Otherwise loved the room.

I loved the kitchen, which had a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and full sink. The room was great, and the free breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Noisy next door called n complain staff did nothing, some of the amenities did not work. No after your staff to assist with help. Reception was not friendly!!!!!

The hotel was very nice, spacious, and new. The staff was incredible. The food was hot and plenty. Thanks.

The pet fee is excessive. We had to pay $75 for our small well behaved dog to stay one night. The pet area had numerous pet droppings all over the grass making it hard to walk in the area. Several bags of garbage had been thrown in the ditch at the bottom of the pet area and was strewn all around. At check in the front desk staff was inconsiderate and borderline rude when describing the pet policy. At check out the front desk staff didn’t have the outgoing/positive personality customers expect in the hospitality industry.

Stayed with an Aunt after a concert. Stayed for only one night, but easily could have stayed more. The room was fantastic! Large kitchen, including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, & garbage disposal! Didn't see any knives in the kitchen, but they had almost all other dishes. The bathroom vanity had two drawers in it and the shower had large containers for shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel! Didn't see any room options for two beds, but the couch pulled out and was ok. Room had a curtain to separate the two sleeping areas. Breakfast was decent. The toaster was broken so no toast or bagel. Enjoyed an egg sandwich. They also had fruit, juices, yogurt, cereal, etc. Was surprised to see they even had almond milk available in the milk cooler! The only down side is it seemed like every time we walked on the non carpeted floors they were slippery! We almost biffed it a few times! Be careful!
