Front desk attendant was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful!!

The hotel was okay but they need to upgrade their carpet in the hallway it smelled musty and the room I stayed in the security lock would not work it was broken. Overall the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful.

I have such mixed feelings about this hotel. First, the staff was super nice, the location is great for casino or Durant visit (but nothing else is around there), the beds and pillows were comfy, air conditioner was cold and the rooms were huge. Really big. It is pet friendly. A ton of channels on the tv. It was the cheapest price in the area. BUT, the place is run-down and needs a good scrubbing. It looks like it is not being taken care of. It's fancy enough to have a tv in the bathroom but the shower needs to be remodeled. So strange to me. To be honest, I don't think they have enough staff to run the hotel AND keep it clean. If you have someone above you will hear every footstep and every noise outside your door (and it is hard to sleep through.) The parking lot is tiny but there is a fire pit and BBQ area. No pool. It certainly served its purpose, and I would return if the price is cheap but knowing it is a hotel in need of a serious facelift.

Very bad wouldn’t stay here again

I was very pleasantly surprised. It was clean, and safe and had a decent breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

Smell of marijuana in the hallways. Flooring in common areas looks to be being replaced, but apparently not anytime soon. AC wasn’t on in our room when we got there, but cooled off quickly. Still ok, and very close to the casino.

A nice convenient stop just across from the Choctaw Casino for when you don’t want to pay Choctaw Casino room rates!

Once the renovation is completed it will be more aesthetically pleasing. Great rate, appeared clean and the staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was better than most; it wasn't just bagels, toast, etc. It is one of the few offered I consider a real breakfast. We did not utilize any of the amenities but it appeared they had many.

Nice rooms at reasonable prices. Friendly staff, close access to the Casino. EXCELLENT WATER PRESSURE FOR THE SHOWER. Overall, would recommend, and return.

I enjoyed the stay. Very quiet and clean, the rooms are new and very roomy.

Poor condition of hotel property, starting with foyer. Initially, elevator was not working. Shower in room had constant drip. When we arrived, carpeted hallway was dirty. Disappointing, especially for the price point.

Great place to stay if your going to Choctaw

This is the second time in 2 weeks that we have stayed here rooms are clean and remodeled but the elevator is still not working. The lobby still needs flooring. They offered to put us in the first floor because of the elevators not working but it was a downgrade on the room so we decided to just walk up the stairs 3 flights. If the elevators were working this review would have gotten top all fives...

This property was obviously being given a facelift. Half of the carpet in the lobby has been torn up. There was no hairdryer or telephone in the room. There were inadequate coffee supplies in the room. We had to ask the cleaning staff for more cups creamer and sugar. The air conditioner was dripping water onto the floor in the room. The nighttime attendant was not dressed appropriately in my opinion to greet the guests and was also caring a baby in her arms. Little while later, I had to go down and get the key to the room working again and she was sprawled on the couch watching TV with no shoes on.

Good value, great breakfast

Nasty room. Workers were eating food from the breakfast offering of scrambled eggs with their hands and no supervision from staff of the breakfast area. It was filthy and was out of many items. No staff there after hours, not able to use the main entrance after hours, workers raiding breakfast area at night and eating the food, 6 workers in one room making noise till the wee hours, no ice machine that worked, and horrible cable tv access with very few choices. I would not recommend this place at all.

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

While only there for one night, I was wishing all hotels were this comfy and cozy. Beds amf pillows were perfect! The bathroom was nice. The room felt great to be in. No complaints at all.

The shower was disgusting. It didn’t look clean and had black mold on the walls above the shower. The AC had a water leak which soaked the carpet around the beds. They didn’t offer to give us a new room just put fans in the room to try and dry the carpet. Definitely will not be back. Not worth the $190 I paid for the room.

Hotel was modern, clean, quiet, ac was cold, sheets were soft, staff was great! We have family in this area and we will be coming back! Thank you!

Close to Choctaw casino and easy to get to

Room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Parking could be better.

It would have been a better stay if the sheets didn’t have a gross looking stain on them and hairs weren’t found throughout the place. The outlets next to the bed didn’t work, the body wash and conditioner dispensers didn’t work, the door reinforcement lock didn’t work. The room could have used some fixing up and a little more thorough in the cleaning department.

Hotel was very dirty.

The front desk guy was so nice! The rooms were great, hot showers, one downside was cable stopped working, but other than that it was fantastic!
