This one is more spacious than the Mong Kok location, with a bigger common area if you're looking to work. Also much closer to the MTR. The guests are very quiet and respectful, and there is more space in the washrooms. The towels are too small, and the lockers don't fit a large check in luggage, although it is common for guests to leave luggage out and it is monitored.

Good location is the only advantage that I could think of.
Terrible check in experience, Plastic cabinet, broken table & chair, showering with extremely low pressure

The building is very old, but the room is acceptable for one night stay. Convenient location.

The private room we stayed at was simply terrible.

It's cheap. That's all. It's not a hotel, like Gosiwon in Korea.
I was fooled by pictures. I could hear them talking in the next room, and the bathroom smelled like a sewer.
But the floor of the room was clean.
I recommend you to pay more and stay at a better hotel.

Perhaps you should read the feedback i sent you on the day we checked in and you then would not have to send me request for feedback again 5 days later. I advised Expedia that the place was horrible, dirty, rock hard and tiny bed, difficult access and uncaring staff member and as soon as we checked in, we departed telling the staff member we would not be staying and when there was no response from that staff member, my wife asked ‘don’t you care’ to which her response was ‘no’. We then booked another place for the entire 5 nights. If you had read my feedback from that 1st night, you would know that i requested a refund for this miserable place as we immediately booked a hotel through Agoda for a nearby property

My private room was a far cry from what's advertised on their listings. The property a guesthouse that is quite different than the capsule hotel. While it was clear that I would not have access to the capsule hotel areas, I was not expecting such a huge delta between the two spaces. I stayed an hour, reluctantly taking a shower and then promptly leaving after having booked somewhere else to stay for the night.

It is easy and fast to check in and check out by using their machine. I added the late check out upon check in. It was HK$60. The bed is big and comfortable. I left my key card inside the bed, although no reception there, I called and they can issue me the key by their side via the phone. Fragrance machine is found in the toilet and I think they spray perfume in the room or capsule. Not bad. In short, I got what I paid for.

Wanted to copy the Japanese casuals Hotels but somehow failed. It is more a hostel, not even comparable with any capsula hotel in Japan. In Japan, a Capsula hotel is a Business Class hotel ususally. The biggest advantage of The Nap: very central and for HongKong a good pricey

The property was really difficult to find and we took such a long time staring around in confusion trying to identify the building it was housed in.
We had the first class capsule and it was definitely not worth the money although it was significantly quieter due to less human activity above our bunk. We could still hear other people moving in and out. Also, the toilets were housed in the same cubicle with the showers. Super inconvenient because there were only 2 of the cubicles. Even if you only needed to use the toilet, you'd still have to wait for someone else to finish showering before the room will be available. Also, i don't understand why the locker was on first come first served basis, as i thought 1 capsule would be assigned to 1 locker. Most people using the lockers also didn't lock their lockers so I didn't understand why they even occupied the lockers.. Lounge area was small and cosy though, and although the place was unmanned i was able to get a response via text message really quick.

This hotel is cool! Comfortable bed with all amenities I need. I love the ceiling of the pod! I booked one night on Expedia and eventually extended 2 more nights at this self service machine.

Compare with the capsule hotels in other countries, like Japan or Singapore, I think the capsules here are more spacious and clean. Their shower facility is amazing.

Filthy, overcrowded, uunsafe and rundown. They don't even have room enough to store your toiletry bag, let alone your luggage.

There should be a clear description of what to expect at this place. Warning to all patrons: stay here ONLY and ONLY if you need a place to sleep (in a pod, that is) without luggage.Just bring yourself. NO reception so you'll have to check-in electronically using the computer by the door. I was shocked and disappointed I called an old friend and luckily she offered me to stay with her after seeing the condition of this place. For security issues, I would'nt be comfortable leaving my valuables in the small hallway together with other guests' luggages, share bathrooms and other living areas with them. One of the guest pointed out there is a CCTV camera where the luggages are but who knows if somebody drags other's stuff as well? He even said some people stole his food from the fridge! Some are loud and rowdy, I saw people come and go, and I didn't like a bit what I saw. Privacy? you'll have it when you're inside your pod, like you're in a coffin' installed inside a 'cave'. Worst place ever. Wasted my time and money. I still wonder if the good reviews are even legit.

Rather ruff area, hotel is hard to locate from the street and no stars in the ceiling in your capsule as shown in pictures

Place is not where it says it is. Refund wanted but didn’t get it.

Clean and have privacy. However there’s little aid especially when there’s no one around to seek help. Even when I have tried to call there’s was no response and I have no idea whom the owner was either since as there wasn’t any formal introduction and it was a shared place.

Check In is self check-in by machine which also support Japanese.
The smell of the room was bit peculiar so I wanted Fabreeze.
Hotel location is quite good.
