This was just a weekend stay away from home. The pillow was simi-flat and the mattress was ok. I was waken up between 3-4 am on Saturday by gun fire. I swear it was next door as the shots were loud and noises like something or someone moving around or throwing something. It was very scary and I'll never stay here again. Around 4:30 am I looked out the window and there were two police cars and a fire truck. I just hope no body was actually hurt or killed.

The hotel agent upon arriving tells you that you need $20 in cash and doesn’t provide a receipt. He tells you that you’ll get it upon checking out in which I did. Upon arriving back from the bank, he proceeds to tell you that you are NOT allowed to have company, hands me a remote control, and tells me to make sure to check out on time to get my $20 back. I arrived in the room and it smells pretty clean, but upon checking the tub, there was two long string of hair and ants walking in and on top of the tub. The next night I kilt a roach and the following night, I allowed the another one to live, didn’t feel like chasing it. The A/C barely worked but the bed was comfortable.

Was super skeptical after reading the reviews. But honestly we got there, easy check in. Bed was not comfortable, but we made do with it. We did have ants in the bathtub, but no roaches. Rooms are a little beat up and out dated, but for the price what do you expect. As soon as we turned the tv on there was porn on it, so be mindful if traveling with children. It’s not the best area, but no one bothered us and the hotel wasn’t bothered either. I would stay here again

All good, except when one of the bath towels had small bugs all over it. Showed it to person in office who told me to just drop it on the ground outside. He did not have any face or hand towels, only bath towels. :-(

Room was infested with roaches and ants, cigarette burns on the blankets, decaying caulk in the tub (that had no drain plug). Cleaners could just come in whenever they feel like even if you say no.

Showed up with our reservation with no room ready. Told we could come back later and a room would be ready. That was fine for the time being since we were just there to check-in and leave, not really use the room. Had this been the only problem we would not have minded, little did we know how screwed we were. After a long day at the convention going on in LA I called the hotel to let them know we were on our way back, they have a 24-hour desk and had just told us we would have a room earlier, guess the night guy didn’t get the memo. I had a long asinine phone call with the guy as he told me they were “busy” and couldn’t give me my room. Oh but get this: I could BUY a room for the night for $100. I could not understand this, a room was empty to buy but not give me my already paid reservation. So for that night, my brother and I slept in our rental car at a public park, hoping not to get jumped. In the morning we went to the hotel and immediately asked if the manager was in, she was the one who told us we would have a room herself. Now according to her, we could have just come in, she was there apparently, she remembered us. But the guy on the call the previous night knew nothing and told us we would have to talk to the manager the next day. Even after getting the room it wasn’t the cleanest. Blankets had holes, dead roach in the bathroom, front doors peephole just had a napkin stuffed in it. It was a step up from sleeping in the car, not a total dump, no bedbugs at least.

I never leave reviews but this was beyond horrifying. It was very dirty. The bathroom door was covered in what looked like dried blood stains and a used condom on the door hinge at the top. It was ridiculous. Also the google reviews from former patrons who were females specifically said "the male staff will go into your rooms when you clearly have the door locked with the do not disturb sign on it". "On night, I swear I heard a male's voice and then suddenly my door starting being banged upon, I checked out the next day". These are horror stories from people who stayed at this motel before. Not to mention the staff, seemed happy to see me leave within 45 minutes of checking in, elated to remind me "No refunds". At this point, it's not even about the money. It's not safe for women and children to ever be on this property. This motel is dangerous. Please Expedia team, it's my humble request Do not recommend this Motel to anyone else, if you value their life.

Bed was broken, toilet seat cover broken, graffiti on the bathroom door. The worst part , I had to pay a 20 dollar deposit for a remote control. No where was that posted on the website

First of all, the price was low so i was a little skeptical, but surprisingly, the room was really clean and well maintained, everything worked, no weird odors, there's a $20 deposit in cash required, but no big deal bc most motels require $50 and it was easy to get it back when checking out. Staff are friendly, overall excellent for the price paid. Only thing is, i couldn't figure out how to watch local channels, the only thing that kept coming up was adult stuff on the TV no matter what i did, but other than that, it was a nice and quiet stay for under $60 on a weekday. Ohhh and not sure about the Google reviews about tons of cockroaches and bugs, i payed attention and not a single bug was found, at least my room was spotless.

I’ve been here before and it was not too bad but now it’s terrible… from the overwhelming bad smell of the cleaner or spray that’s used to the dirty bed and amenities, I would not stay here again.

Woke me up at midnight to tell me i overlapped my reservation could have waited for the morning to tell me. INAPPROPRIATE. Then I was forced to switch hotels because the dates I wanted were booked. WHACK

Checking in was fine but the next morning I woke up at 4:30 AM went straight to the shower and the shower did not work. I tried several ways to make it work (of course,without forcing anything) And the shower still didn’t work, So I went to see the guy at the desk and explain to him about the shower, not working at all, there was water running, but the water wouldn’t go to the showerhead. I explained that to the guy and he told me I had to wait until 7 o’clock for the manager to come into the property. I told him he was crazy. He thought I was gonna wait until 7 AM, I told him that I had an appointment at 6 AM. Please give me another room with a Working shower, Which he refused. So I’m asking you to give me my money back, It is absurd that you Expedia deal with such motels,I urge you Expedia, To talk in immediately with the property manager and explain what happened to me that morning, And please tell him that I am requesting my money back. It is absolutely unacceptable. What happened to me in that room, And I will hold you, Expedia Accountable for that.
