Charming lodge nestled in beautiful quaint little town of Springdale. Spectacular surrounding red mountains

We had a wonderful time staying here. The room was clean, updated, and easy to access from the car. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well. The location was perfect for taking the shuttle into Zion. Would highly recommend!

When we showed up to check in, there was absolutely no one at the reception desk. The hotel was locked with a sign indicating to call a number. We tried for 15 minutes to call the number, but no one answered. We tried knocking on every lobby door we could find, but no luck. We weren’t even able to cancel our reservation on the site. Bar none, worst experience at a hotel. We had to find last minute accommodation somewhere else.

Room was nice and clean BUT the front desk was horrible. I saw an additional charge on my card prior to checking out and when I asked the fri t desk for reason….. they said that they smelled smoke outside and decided to go into our room while we were out and access a fee for smoking. $267 and gave us no chance to defend. While the neighboring room had a guest who frequently stepped out into the doorway to smoke. We are not smokers so you tell me?!?!

everything about this place was wonderful. service, cleanliness and the view was amazing

I thought it was great value compared to some other options. No pools or hot tubs (which I was aware of and didn’t care) but room has fridge, micro and coffee maker. Grab and Go brekky was more than enough to get me going. Right across the street from bike rental and main grocery store plus short walk to numerous restaurants. I’d stay there again!

Easy walk to Zion park shuttle. Conveniently located w shops and restaurants. Parking free and convenient. Desk helpful and room had microwave and fridge.

We had a king sized room with sofa bed. It was very spacious with good kitchen facilities. It was comfortable and clean. The take away breakfast was a bit disappointing but there is coffee available all day which was very good.

Excellent location just up from the Springdale Shuttle to get to Zion National Park. We were able to walk to dinner. Room was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities. Only spent one night, but would definitely go back. Only complaint is the ice machine is in the laundry room, which is only open 8:30am to 9pm. So we couldn’t get more ice in the morning before we left for the park.

Great location with easy access and convenient to everything. Water pressure could have been better but that's really it.

I reported the microwave made a terrible noise when I tried to run it and it was never fixed

The hotel is convenient to Zion and shopping. Check in was fast. Room was clean and comfortable. Was surprised there was no pool, because the Hotels.com site said there was. The hotel indicated they have breakfast, but it’s a BAG! There is no seating, the desk clerk hands you a bag with a yogurt, a commercial muffin and bagel, and an apple. Insulting excuse for a meal!!! AND not available until 7:30 am! Room had comfortable beds but no wash cloths or tub mat, was a bit run down, and only one bar of soap. No dispensers. Definitely does not deserve the 8.8 rating!

Clean and modern room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking even one for electric car.
Breakfast was below average. It was in a brown bag with one red apple, one muffin, one yogurt and a small bagel with one cream cheese. However no toaster to heat up the refrigerated cold bagel.

Beautiful looking lodge and location is great. Air conditioning was difficult to dial in as it would blow ice cold air or not at all. Interior was nice but looked rushed to finish. Regular plug in (no gfi) right by sink

Large bedroom. Very noisy air conditioning unit. No towel or paper towels for kitchen. Bathroom had a hole in the wall, poorly painted. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. Wouldn’t allow you to check in until 4pm, even though room was ready.

Room was large and comfortable. 4-5 maintenance issues. Room could be maintained better.

Nice people, quiet and relaxing

The property is nice, lobby nice, rooms are becoming dated. As noted by other, the webide advertises continental breakfast but what you get is a bagged breakfast. Posted wi-fi password was not accurate, no tissues, a dirty towel was found in the closet. It is your basic room (clean however) but false advertising with the breakfast. Attendents (which I believe are the owners) were nothing to right home about. Polite enough but didn't share a whole lot about the area. Was great for us as it was across the street from the Zion Guru which is the e-bike rental place we used.

This is not a 3 star hotel.

Clean convenient and close to the park entrance. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Property is dated but clean air conditioner, very loud and light shining in windows even with shades no Kleenex a few of the little things would go along way

The best part is the view from the room, facing the canyon. Location is great, you can literally walk to the Zion visitor center. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, my room was not cleaned at all during a 4 night stay, even when I hung the please clean the room sign. Breakfast is served in lunch bags, not in a buffet, which is fine because you can take it to the room, but just know what to expect.

The property was nice, good experience checking in, our room was a bit small but great for what we wanted(comfy beds and great shower), preparing for The Narrows hike. Outfitter across street for all things “Narrows”. Very clean and we will stay next trip.

What I did not like is the way they gave you breakfast bags

Second stay at this nice hotel. Convenient location, very near to Zion NP. Rooms are quite small but clean. I appreciated the floors without carpets. I would prefer the actual breakfast (like it was before) instead of a bagged breakfast. There is not many chairs and tables to eat the breakfast so it is not very enjoyable. On the other hand the breakfast bag was easy to take to hike.

Loved my stay, felt safe and the location is close enough to dining options and enough distance from the busy area.

Dated place which could use some freshening up… but for our needs, it was perfect. Spend the day hiking. Grab a bite… then crash. Perfect location. Beautiful views on the shared balcony.

Seemed to be newly renovated. One of the first rooms we were given had a broken front door and the AC wasn’t working. The front desk staff was great and gave us a different room while the first was repaired.
