Beautiful and charming studio right in the center of Split old town. Felt like I was staying in one of the ancient rooms of the palace. Easy check in, lovely balcony and comfortable bed. Highly recommend it.

Amazing place and clean and stylish! Loved the balcony. Only issue was the TV didn’t work and the WiFi was almost non-existent, we used data in the end. This was apparently due to a bad storm which we were told could be rebooted in 20 min. We waited but it never got fixed.

Really amazing property in the heart of old town - scoring low because of the availability of parking . Be prepared to wait for a parking spot and carry your luggage to the apt

Fantastic location right outside the palace wall & just off the waterfront broad walk. Room was very small but clean & looks recently renovated. The only complaint I would have is it’s not particularly quiet late at night or early in the morning due to being located right beside a restaurant & if someone is staying upstairs then that will add to the noise. Otherwise the stay worked out perfectly fine.

It took about 45 minutes walking to find this place in an alley next to a restaurant. There is no onsite parking and the only parking we could find was a 15 minute walk away and cost about 50 euros per night. Rented the property because it is centrally located and vecause of the great reviews in regards to a na maria helping guest with things to do and laundry. Never saw ana maria and no laundry got done. Check in was a nightmare. Got to the property and nobody was therr to let us check in. Had to call travelocity several times to find out ee needed a code to get in the property. Got the code and entered into the wrong room. Then we found the correct entrance to the property and went through 2 doors with different keys to get to oir room. The code was the same for the main door asa well as the wrong room we entered in. Nobody told us or sent us a code to get into the property until ee were there. There were nni instructions on how to find the place or about the code. Owner wanted us to send passport information over the internet. Don't know why nobody was there to check us in but this was easily the worst check in experience i ever remember.

It's in the middle of the Palace. Very affordable on a prime location. Around 45mins from Split Airport. 80EU via taxi. One big bed and a sofa bed. Kitchen and wares. Newly renovated bathroom is modern considering the building is older than all of us. The location is a bit challenging to find in the beginning. You will never thought that the properrty is in the middle of the tourist spot. The host is very easy to reach via Whats App or email. I will stay here again for sure.

This location is perfect. The room is adorable. Every detail has been thought of and well appointed. The small space has been perfectly laid out for conveniences and comfort. Truly loved our stay.

The location is perfect, 2min from main square. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. But if I have to pick one awesome thing about it, it would the service I received from Anamarija. IMPRESSIVE! Thank you for making my stay so great.

We had the downstairs apt right by the restaurant, it was very clean and nice. Check in was easy and communication was well. Everything was great. There was a VERY strong air freshener hidden in the bathroom that was driving me crazy. It is way too strong for that size apt. I finally found it after a few hours and put it outside the apt and then everything was perfect! There was a lot of graffiti on the buildings right in front of the unit that was a bummer but not the fault of the apt.

The room was quite small. The bathroom was very small. The bath curtain served little purposes. The floor was wet after shower. There was a pretty bad smell from the drain. Overall, it was just ok because of the location (close to all dining places and attractions).

I loved my mini apartment. It was clean, beautifully decorated with a big balcony with a delightful view of a courtyard and rooftops around me. Anamarija was fantastic - she arranged a car airport pickup and met me at the edge of old town and carried my bags to the apartment. She was great with recommendations and arranged a tour to Plitvice Lakes . And also arranged a car and luggage transport upon my departure. Just the best service! Thank You! My only complaint of the apartment is I think they have old pipes and on occasion the toilet had a not so pleasant odor. Other than that - I highly recommend the place.

Great location and quiet, even while being in the middle of the old town. Nice design with personal touch and attention to details throughout. Very comfortable bed and quality linens. The room we had was bit cramped for space but had a huge outdoor patio. Sewer gas smell from the bathroom was a bit annoying.

This property was absolutely perfect! The location was superb, everything about was great. Beautiful and very clean and just in the heart of the Palace of Diocletian! Anamarija the host was amazing and by far the very best host we have ever encountered. She went out of her way to arrange our transportations and even made restaurant reservations for us as it was a pretty busy time of the year and you need reservations to get in the nice places. A must stay place un Split!

Best possible location, perfectly clean, comfy bed, gorgeous terrace. Ana Marija who welcomed us gave us the most helpful 5min run down or what was where and we were off! There is a SPAR supermarket seconds walk away which was v helpful. It was also less than 10min walk to the Jadrolinija ferry to Hvar. Really loved it and would go back.

Cant be more central in Split & friendly staff. But the groundfloor room is a renovated basement. The bathroom has no functional heating system so it cant be dried and the ventilation system is not good, combined this leaves the bathroom damp and smelly.

I loved this property. The location could not be better, very centrally located and easy to walk to everything. It was clean, charming, and much more interesting than a large, traditional hotel. Anamarija at reception was very friendly and helpful. I hope to return to Split one day and will definitely stay here again.

Very central place. We took the apartment with the terrace, and it is fantastic. We stayed out there when not out. Inside is very small with room just around the bed but a nice bathroom..

Fabulous apartment! We loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately we had to work during our visit there and the only issue was that the WiFi wasn’t strong enough for our video calls. Also the bathroom has a sulfur smell that is probably because if the sulfur nearby and is typical of old cities. Check in was great, the apartment was super clean, the layout while small is decorated super well and the terrace is fabulous! Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was uniquely decorated, clean, and cozy. We made excellent use of the terrace each night. Perfectly located in the old town, close enough to the action but far enough away to have a good nights sleep. Highly recommend!

Staying at Apartments & Rooms Dujam was a wonderful experience and one that I would highly recommend. It was located in the perfect area and the staff was very helpful and always available via phone for any issues. Great experience and would for sure stay here again if we were to return to Split!

Anamarja was friendly and helpful- room was real ancient refurbished room in Amazing location- wish I had realized a room rental did not include cleanings as was there 6 nights. The room overall is strongly recommended
