what a dump! extremely small room, didn't feel clean, threadbare sheets. very much like a dorm room. nowhere to put clothes. breakfast was serve yourself bread and cheese from a fridge. overpriced, even for Iceland. the only plus was free transport to and from the airport. and a working television. otherwise ugh.

it's alright. Definitely not worth the price.

Walls paper thin, mattress and sheets paper thin, bathroom in state of disrepair. Pay the bit extra to go somewhere where you will actually be able to sleep

I made a reservation for this accommodation and unfortunately I had to postpone my trip because my fiancée's brother, who was going to travel with me, discovered a brain tumor.
My fiancée asked to postpone the trip until he had surgery to remove the tumor and she felt comfortable traveling.
I tried to contact the accommodation to ask for a refund if possible and they denied it. I tried more than once to ask them to allow us to reschedule the accommodation for 2025 and they were not kind enough to respond.
They had nothing to lose by accepting our request to reschedule the date, and yet they chose to completely ignore us.

Very clean but very basic…good place to sleep before an early morning flight.

Very basic accommodations for a quick overnight stay that was very close to the airport. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

Perfectly located close to Keflavik airport. The host is very friendly, informative and pro-active. I can definitely recommend B&B and they offer a self service breakfast from 0300 hours, so perfect for those morning flights out of Iceland. I give B&B my best recommendation and would surely return.

The guest house was clean and convenient. My phone did not work on cellular or the airport wifi to call the shuttle so I asked an airport employee who kindly made the call on her phone and the driver came within 10 or 15 minutes. The bed was comfortable and i was warm enough.

Elegant environment, good service. Free airport pick-up or drop-off.

A great place to stay when transitioning to or from the airport!

The private room we rented was barely large enough for my wife and I and our luggage. The sleeping area had two small twin beds, old covers and an older small chair with no place for luggage except on the floor next to the bed. The bathroom and sleeping area was clean.

Such a lovely, easy place o stay. The rooms are dark, quiet and comfortable. The host is an energetic, helpful person. Excellent restaurants are an easy walk away and tgere is a shuttle (15 min) to the airport. We will stay here again!

Room was very small, barely able to go around the room with 2 people.
Lots of mold in the bathroom, though!

The area wasn’t what I was expecting. I didn’t feel safe enough to open the windows and the rooms were hot.

Would never stay there again

The property needs lots of repairs. If you have the choice before or after a flight stay in Reykjavik. The breakfast is bread, cereal and some items in the fridge. Very little and does not seem clean when there is a big bottle of jam and no idea if people double dipped etc. Showerhead was falling off, sheets and blankets didn't seem clean - they smelled clean so maybe just stained. We were hiking for the last 7 days so used our sleeping bag liners and covered the pillows to sleep.

Very expensive for what is an ordinary hostel room

The property was clean, a little bit out dated. Check in was very difficult because there is not always someone there so ended up waiting a while.

Quiet - unit was on the first floor

The guy who checked me in was friendly and helpful. But then at about 2:00 am he was checking someone else into their room right next to mine, and he sttod outside my door talking to the guest for a full 15 minutes and seemed completely unaware that they were geing rude at that hour chatting. Needless to say, I got virtually no sleep the one night I stayed there. Very frustrating. Also, the room was very cold, and he said "it's summer, the heat is off!" ... but then supposedly adjusted the radiator, though it never came on. (The outside temperature was only 49° F, so even tjough it's technically true that "it's summer" we are in Iceland, and it can be very cold year round) The main positive for this accommodation is that it's close to KEF airport--especially for an early morning flight.

The B&B Guesthouse in Keflavik was perfect. We weren't in Iceland long, so we needed a clean, comfortable place to land for a few hours sleep, a hot shower, and a satifying breakfast not far from the airport. The Guesthouse exceeded expectations! The staff was friendly and accomodating, and we felt safe. We'll be back!

Staff was great. However service hours for shuttle was not clearly spelled out. If needing shuttle to return to airport it only runs until 7:40am. Need to make this clear at time of booking. We had to take a taxi. Rooms are small but clean.

They dropped us at the airport kindly.
And free breakfast was good enough.

This B&B is about as close to the airport as you can get, and was super convenient for our early flight. The accommodations were basic, but all we needed given our short stay. Excellent, friendly staff!

This guest house is perfect for an overnight stay in Iceland. Check in was fast and easy. One way service to the airport or pick up. The room was a bit worn but clean and comfortable for a nights stay.

Rude staff. No one working the desk. Breakfast was pulling things out of tupperwares in a fridge. The whole place wasn’t well kept. The sink in my room made a horrible noise. Expedia said there was a 24 hour shuttle, but that wasn’t true. They stopped running service at 7:40 am. They wouldn’t even consider using the shuttle to pick me up after I dropped off my rental car. I’d suggest staying elsewhere

The facility was not very clean. The breakfast in the morning left a lot to be desired. It's a convenient location to the KEF airport, but otherwise, I would not stay again.

Airport transfer did not arrive, which led to a mad panic followed by expensive taxi to airport. Very basic accommodation will old bedding and pillows. Not impressed. Would not recommend.

Not so much what I would call a B&B more a basic hostel with private rooms. Very handy for the airport and a free shuttle. There was a small self catering kitchen with breakfast items which was handy. The rooms had limited plug sockets and one of our bed lights didn’t work but fine for a night and 10 minutes walk to bars and food outlets. As it is near the airport we heard doors unlocking and people talking into the night as guests arrived or left early for filghts.

Very little was good.
I had to approach the check in person. He knew we were waiting for him, but he remained in a room with the door cracked.
Tv worked, but had no remote.
Wifi password was nowhere to be found and wasn't shared at check in. I had to go back to reception to get it.
Shower was clean, but the bottles of shampoo and ??? were very old and were likely continually being refilled.
Our room was the smallest I've ever seen! There was barely enough room for the two small uncomfortable beds. No desk, no chairs, fridge, iron, hair dryer...nothing.
The breakfast was continental as described, but what was offered were rice cakes, a roll of digestables, bread, lunch meat, cheese, and cereals.
Not worth the $175 USD we paid for the night! My synoposis is that every possible corner was cut in order to maximize profit. Even the pictures on Expedia did not look anything like the room we stayed in. Very disappointed. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Right on bus routes

Simple but sufficient and clean accommodation.
We only stayed 1 night.
The pick-up from the airport was very well arranged.
The room had it’s own toilet and sink. Only the shower is shared.
