The property was not to far from dilapidated. The apartment had roaches, very unsanitary. I was charged for soiled linen. There was no hot water , no wifi, and the water in the shower pooled; had to manually use a plunger. Electrical outlets were exposed which was a danger to our child! No AC in living room. I would never stay here again.

This property is in a terrible condition, the apartment was infested with cockroaches, there was no hot water and the overall condition of the building is very old and not well maintained. We even got trapped on the elevator, there were 3, always 1 out of order. We were supposed to stray for a week we only lasted 3 days and we had to move, the fridge was leaking inside and out, bad smell in the bathrooms and the beds were very uncomfortable, the bunk beds were so unstable they looked like they will fell apart. Parties all night long with loud music and screaming in the entire building. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Dirty and unkept property!! This building has many apartments managed by different property rental companies. Unfortunately the apartment we got only has 2 working bathrooms of the 3 advertised. It was filled with roaches and the Managment team fumigated on our first day there but the apartment still had roaches. The small bedroom was never used because it smells moldy and it’s next to the non-working bathroom. They gave us old towels and only bed sheets. No blankets. The showers only had cold water. I would not recommend this apartment under the “Unik” management company. They do not maintain their apartments.

Very nice property The only issue was the Jacuzzi. No one knew how to change the water after the first try. The water got really really dirty.

I didn’t like that there was no hot water and in the kitchen it used to get flooded with water and it did not have covers to cover yourself while you sleep and you had to provide your own paper toilet and to enter the pool you had to make reservations

La propiedad esta muy bien ubicada, hermosa vista desde el balcon y cerca a las principales atracciones. Lo malo es el mantenimiento del edificio, tocaba hacer fila para usar el ascensor porque solo dos sirven. Todo el equipo del gimnasio esta danado y es peligroso usarlo. La piscina aunque bonita un poco sucia. El servicio al cliente es bastante deficiente y la comunicacion bastante lenta

Broken door knobs/locks(the master bedroom locked itself and would not unlock), only 1 key card available(“not possible” to have 2 for a group of 6 in a 2 bed apt.), very difficult to have visitors to the apartment, terribly hard beds, insufficient towels/blankets, no AC in the main living area. Of the 3 elevators, 1 worked, 1 was always broken, and 1 worked intermittently. Long waits to take elevator. The rest is what you expect from any stay in Cartagena; no hot water and so forth.

This apartment building is definitely not a 3.5 * but more like a 2.5* at best. Our apartment was in need of renovations, kitchen drain clogged, gas kitchen range would not close properly, all pans were old and rusty and useless to cook with, one of the terrasses was covered in pigeon droppings. Beware as well that there is absolutely nothing provided like salt or dishwashing soap and a total of 4 towels, if you need more, you need to pay extra!! Some of the elevators are never working so wait time is very long

This was my first time to Colombia and the staff made me feel really safe and at home. I went to recharge and relax and I will actually retuning at least twice a year. Everything was at my finger tips the best sun sets of my life. Ask for Marco Unik Cartagena he is a gentleman & made every second of my stay felt like a super vip. Gracious and kind soul!
