The staff needs to stop treating ppl like it a prison or psych ward. It’s a hotel full of homeless ppl and travelers supposed to be peaceful but instead u gotta have anxiety everyday worrying about someone banging on ur door or shoving their way in ur room. I went to another extended stay and I immediately felt safe and at peace. The only person im grateful for is the manager Amberlin. She was an angel.

My stay has been fair. The only problems that i have are: the steam from shower sets off the smoke alarm and the room has a mildew odor.

My room was never fully cleaned when I first got there and the entire time it was like living in prison. Staff was beyond rude and lying trying to get extra money from you blaming unseen things on you or things that were already wrong….im grateful I had a place to stay but the only person I can thank for that was the manager. Everything else sucked!

ROACHES RUNNING, EVERYTHING BROKE IN THE ROOM, SHEETS HAVE STAINS AND THE BATHROOM OMG MOLD AND MILDEW-THE FRONT DESK IS SO DUDE AND GHETTO, CRACKHEADS IN THE PARKING LOT SHOOTING TO DRUGS, NASTY SMELLS JUST TERRIBLE! Drug addicts and alcoholics sit around the outside of building. Stole my deposit when nothing was wrong with the room added two more days and put them on someone else room never received a refund ! Very money hungry. Suppose to be nonsmoking rooms but manager sit around in their room and smoke weed all day ! Keys doesn’t work to any doors barely the room door.

I 100% do NOT recommend this place. Got there and it was dirty and dusty and gross. They guy walked us to the room and the hallway smelled like pee, the paint was peeling off the walls and doors. The room wasn't ready after all that. They couldn't find anyone to clean the room. There was nasty stuff all over the bathroom. Since they couldn't find someone to clean the room they said we would have to come back the next day. We chose to cancel and go somewhere else.

Do NOT prepay at this property, if you do not end up staying, they will VIOLATE their own policy and keep all your money.
Expedia sends you their cancellation policy and it is on the hotels public website, so I don’t understand why they seem to believe that telling you “it’s hotel policy” will work? No, your policy is not that you get to keep hundreds of dollars while providing nothing. FYI, they keep taxes and fees plus one nights stay if you cancel less than 24 hours before check in not your entire stay. Make sure you read the fine print when you book with Expedia.
Expedia does not have your back against greedy property owners. I am done with Expedia due to my experience with this property. This hotel is the last stop on the way to homelessness, if you are shopping for drugs, I promise you can get them there. The place smelled of weed so bad I was nauseous.
Expedia does inform you that you need $100 deposit, however, Expedia did not inform me that the hotel requires it in cash. Sketchy no? Why cash? Why do you say plainly you accept all major credit cards but then require cash deposits? Simple, it’s easier for them to steal cash. Other reviews mention they had to keep coming back trying to catch the manager who had the only key to the safe. They count on people giving up because they make it so difficult to get money they owe you.
If it’s on your credit card, you can dispute the charges. You can’t do that with cash.

The staff are the worst group of employees I've ever dealt with in my life. They are rude and considerate they don't know what they're doing the front desk it's closed a lot when it should be open they tell you the wrong check out dates. You pay for certain amount of days and they tell you your check out date as sooner than when you pack up all your things you come down they tell you you have a few more days left. When I arrived I put down $100 cash deposit upon departure they kept my deposit stole my money because it was cash and gave me a bogus reason why they kept it. Stay away from these people and this hotel they will steal from you and laugh in your face. The new manager is arrogant pompous arrogant ignorant self-absorbed and mean and a thief

The room was not what we expected but we made the best of it. We have had to fix our shower faucet,buy a new toilet seat in the bathroom. The ac leaked all in the floor from not draining properly. We fixed that...And now the rent has went up 100more dollars a week...beginning to not be worth staying here for the.price we pay now.

When call ahead to reserve Reservation management tells you got rooms available when they do not, as well you let management know are disabled they promise put on bottom floor since no elevator, but lie bout that, Worse things iswhen you show up on time for Your reservation the management tell no rooms open come back 3pm then when we come back another person working tells are no rooms at all, we got lie to wasting out time and money there

It was the worst place I ever stayed. Especially the maintenance man he thinks he can say and what ever wants. That'is what he said. I would rather stay on street then ever go back to this place. No recommended for anyone. They need to be condemned. The owners hiring people needs better education.
