Family friendly stay for all

The facilities were clean, spacious and more than suitable for our needs. The staff were friendly both on the hotel side and the bar side when we had meals and drinks there. Parking was available free to hotel guests. We needed disabled access for one guest which was provided no problems with one of our rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in our rooms. It was a very family friendly place we would definitely stay again. Our room tv wasn't working when we arrived the reception staff was going to try sort it whilst we were out and if not offered to move us rooms if it couldn't be fixed. She managed to fix it and let us know straight away.

One suggestion would be to provide a jug in rooms to refill the kettle for people with poor dexterity. The toilets in the bar only one side were open so we needed to sit in the same spot every night we were there due to access for our disabled guest. One of our guests heavily relies on the Internet daily as that is his connections to the outside world and the WiFi wasn't working.

room excellent worth the money and staff very accommodating

stayed in the dune very spacious and shower was fantastic. staff was lovely had a problem with the door not locking but wasn’t sorted straight away and moved us rooms will definitely returning

Location good. Parking facilities good

Waste bin in room was not emptied had old takeaway carton with left over food, stale food smell in room. Reported to reception stll did not get emptied. Went to mKe drink cup snd sppon from previous guest had not been washed no milk. Bed not been chNged. Heating not on. Vwry disappointed

The Dunes ❤

The little annex behind the main hotel was where we stayed called the Dunes and it was amazing, it was lovely and clean and so quite, with its own private car park. The room was extremely modern decorated nicely, with tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV with plenty of channels. The bathroom was luxurious with a huge rain shower and a smaller power shower. Can't wait to stay again..

Location just off the seafront and near a bus stop. Hotel was clean and welcoming.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the walls were very thin with noise from adjoining rooms sounding as if the persons were in your room!

Perfect

First time visiting on Friday and came home today loved it every minute, my little boy loved the place , lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and people around. Everything was spot on. Recommended anyone to go their 10/10 on everything x

Disappointing

We went home a day early. As the room was cold and we asked for some more milk so we could keep warm. Staff give us 5 milk and said we would have anough with that!

Fine for a short stay.

Room was warm and clean. Good for car parking

The bed was very low and difficult to get in and out of. A voucher was given for 10% off in the bar for food and drinks, however you had to purchase both to get the 10% off.

If your looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful for a few nights then this is ok

Very close to all amenities, for the price we paid was good enough for bank holiday weekend!

the bed was too low and the bathroom was tiny! very high noises between rooms and you could hear people leaving and coming it at all times as doors constantly slammed!
