Everything is good except the broken mattresses they are providing on the bed.
Staff are very polite. Very much accessible to US Consulate.

Stayed 3 nights, 2 rooms (501, 505) for four. Would not book this hotel again. Overall, level of service is far below average.
Leakage of rain water into the room. Crude fix by the hotel; put a towel to absorb water. The leakage was quite troublesome. I had parents with me who are in the 80s. I think I was very lucky that I slipped and not them. A manager promised to get back to us on what they would do on leakage – discount, compensation, room change etc. but never called us about any next steps. Hotel staff initially promised to move us to a different room but backed out of that promise later. Slow shower drain. No hook to hang clothes in shower. Bathroom door was broken and did not close completely. No closet in the room. Room is not soundproof; Lot of noise from outside the hotel due to traffic. Liquid hand soap was not refilled despite a request. Thermostat not functioned properly. TV broke down; was repaired upon request. Room key was not working on 2nd day. Were told that the key had been fixed but it did not work. Took 4-5 attempts before they were able to make the room key work again. Staff is not responsive. We were promised several times “I’ll call back in 10 mins” but nobody would come and call. Tea bags in the room were lying loose (unhygienic). No spoons, hand towels provided.
Positives: Proximity to US Consulate; housekeeping staff courteous but not fully knowledgeable and not well-trained; allowed to eat in the room food delivered from outside.

No restaurant facility and service is poor

Overall the hotel was pretty decent. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious. Cafeteria is good place to hang around.
Only minor concern is the getting to the hotel took some time to figure out since lot of construction in front of the hotel

Very cool and nice place to stay

The food service was terrible. I had to wait 1-2 hrs for couple of slices of bread and tea. That happened more than once. Bathroom drain hole was choked. No shampoo, toothpaste etc provided that is standard in even 2 star hotels.
The only solace was pleasant cleaning staff. Not going to opt for this place next time.

TV didn’t even work, inspite of complaining them many times no one responded. Room is full of mosquitoes and the room service isn’t that good
3.8
Workers were good, specially Esha, Kaniska, Matre, Ashok.
It is NOT at all a hotel, it is a dorm. Please don't list this place as Hotel! As a dorm accommodation, their price is way high.
There bathroom drains are always cloged, during our stay. Non-working TV.

Proximity to the airport and US Embassy is a big plus point.

Property was unique but the roadworks outside were a nuisance

One of the worst I have experienced . Had to change room # 1 as the toilet door towards bed won't close . The room change was give after 2 hours of 4 staffs trying to fix the door . During a pandemic 4 people in our room around 9 pm . Moved to room #2 by 10 pm . By the time we went to bed, we could smell ciggerate smoke through the AC went . By next morning the ciggerate smell started to get bad . (Hotel was listed as smoke free )informed the front staff regarding the issue .their solution ? Air freshener . By the smoke smell got really bad and I asked for checkout or a room change . Gave a room change in another hour . All three rooms had dirrty bed sheets and comforters . The front staff hardly wore mask even in front of customers .
After 2 horrible days didn't get a single apology for my worst hotel experience .
I booked indie stays as I was impressed by their service in 2020 January . Regret my decesion not to stay at the Trident which was only RS 850 more .
Good note : good complimentary breakfast .

My experience at this place was not good. We were not given water when asked. People were so rude. There was no professionalism in their conduct.

Good for a brief stay if going for visa interview. It is very close to the consulate and a very new and clean property. Only thing bothering was lack of breakfast options .

Liked the location and Ambience of the HotelA little bit pricey for what it is

Property is new i think just built in 2019. So in really great condition. Awesome designs rooms are airy and well lit. Just one issue breakfast is not good. They gave packaged sugarcane juice. Packaged cold sandwich. Bananas and slice cake. They do not have any kitchen. One can not even have Omlettes. But property is awesome. To anyone who doesnt need good breakfast. This is superb place to stay. One more quick suggestion- a lady in morning at reception is bit rude. (Not a deal breaker) just one thing to improve upon
