Check in, they did not have the room (2 queen) so they gave us a ADA room. I told the receptionist that I would be okay with a King room since we had one less traveler with us, she said she couldn’t change it due to booking with third party (this isn’t true, bc there has been many times that rooms have been changed, she didn’t want to do the extra work, also, if she was able to assign us a ADA room, why not another ?). Reception was rude for both check in and check out process. Cafe was closed so we could not BUY coffee in the morning, she said they are short staffed so Cafe isn’t open. Staff not friendly.

Great bed and pillows, but we were right next to the mechanical room. It was so loud, with a vibration you could actually feel. It didn’t last ALL night, but made it very hard to fall asleep. Also, the coffee maker didn’t work, which just added insult to injury. Great location though, for getting around town.

Great stay. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Upon check in after a long drive we discovered that the TV’s didn’t work. They weren’t able to fix them that night, but they offered us the option to use the unoccupied room across the hall to watch tv. They did what they could to make it right and I greatly appreciated that. Also, the location is great! Many eating and shopping options close. I will be back!

The hotel was great other than the breakfast not being available the entire weekend. I choose hotels with breakfast so I don’t feel like I have to rush. Would have chose somewhere else had I have known that but that was the only downside to the trip the bar and breakfast not really being available

Everything was fantastic! I wish they had a free breakfast, but there are fantastic breakfast options all within 10 minutes of the hotel. There's even a Starbucks within walking distance. I will be staying here again!

Very rude front desk white lady , kept typing though i said hello. 0 customer service , behaved like we were inconvenience to her to check in . Literally had to say can you check me in !!! Abs horrible customer service . 0 : hospitality . 5/10 property . Definitely not coming back .

We stayed for one night but the property was nice and clean. Receptionist was friendly and got us checked in quickly. It’s does have restaurants within walking distance, that was nice. Also it was around a target and I needed something quick so that was convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting again.

The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean, well stocked, and had great convenience items and technology. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. This hotel brand is my favorite for the price with amenities. My family and I have spent many weeks traveling across the country in recent years and have been disappointed other places. This hotel will not disappoint. We did not find a free breakfast at this location but the breakfast items for purchase were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and location. I hope to have occasion to stay there again soon.

The property was great and was very clean. The breakfast options were very affordable and outstanding! The only issues were in-room AC was fairly loud and rooms facing the highway could hear the cars going by. But, if you can tune those out, you’re in for a nice stay. The staff was also very friendly!

Rooms are a bit smaller than expected, road noise was a concern but as the night died down so did the noise. As a tall guy, the showers accommodations making me not crouch or mess with the shower head alone would make me stay there again.
