Pablo is a nice guy. Polite, kind, responsible, and super supportive. He helped me to have an excellent experience in his place. Also, there is great access to Havana's sightseeings from there. I definitely suggest this place. Thank you so much Pablo

This casa particular in Habana Vieja (Old Havana) owned and operated by Pablo Meneses was wonderful. Is it a 5 star with all the western bells and whistles, no, and i dont care for those anyway...a bunch of fluff for waaaayyy too much money i can spend outside the hotel. Pablo made sure i was comfortable and aimed to please and be of service. I had my own private good sized bathroom with a shower, a small fridge and aircondition. There is a key for outer door on the street, and a key to your private room. I only stayed 3 nites, and every morning, a cleaning lady spent almost an hour scrubbing my room and bathroom, while i sat out in the courtyard (sorry-NOT patio), savoring my breakfast, freshly prepared, cooked and served by Pablo. Not extravagant, but filling with 3 fresh fruits peeled and cut, a small plate of cheese, one or two eggs cooked how you want, a basketful of toasted baguette type bread, fresh fruit jam (no sugar added) and butter, fresh fruit juice/smoothie (no sugar added), a glass of bottled/filtered water, and, of course, Cuban coffee (i chose cafe con leche)...6$ USD each morning. Pablo's place is easy walking distance to the Prado. He will arrange taxis or contact tours for you. He also exchanges USD/EURO (maybe a few other currencies?) to CUP (Cuban pesos).

Pablo is a very kind and accommodating host. My boyfriend was very reluctant to come to the big city if Havana and Pablo made things very comfortable for us.
It’s a very simple abd sweet place to stay. He arrange taxis to and from the accommodation and was always eager to help. A very cozy place to stay.

We had a great time staying at Pablo’s Casa! The price is very reasonable and the location is excellent: very close to the Paseo Del Prado and malecón, and a short walk to old Havana, el Capitol and major museums. The Casa is very secure with multiple locks and surveillance cameras so we always felt safe. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicioso and plentiful and we enjoyed sitting on the patios with our cervezas after a long day of sightseeing. Best of all was Pablo’s hospitality. He’s a cheerful friendly guy, always there to help but still gave us our privacy. He gave us great recommendations on things to do and helped us make arrangements. I definitely recommend this place to other travellers and will stay again when I return to Havana!

We had a very pleasant stay. Pablo was friendly and very helpful with letting us know of ongoing local celebrations. The room was very clean with a good flow of hot water. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is great: walking distance to the Vieja historic sites, just a block or so to the Museum of the Revolution and also to the starting point for the free walking tour (highly informative). Pablo was always available and was an attentive host. Would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect and it is ideally placed to be able to get around both Centro Habana and Old Habana on foot. It is easy to find since it is right off Paseo Del Prado which is a well known location .
The host Pablo is extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming into his home. I was there over Christmas Day and he invited me to join him and his family for dinner at home while they spent the evening together . He runs the establishment himself and ensures that your needs are met in terms of what time you would want breakfast and so on.
He also helped organize a taxi collectivo for me when I was heading to Vinales. He rented me a local phone with a SIM card for a reasonable rate during my stay which was useful since I did not have a phone plan in Cuba.
Overall he is very committed to running a quality casa particular and to the satisfaction of his clients.
Thank you Pablo for a wonderful stay !
