This hotel in Porto has an excellent location in the heart of downtown.Accessible to everything .The staff are so accomodating and friendly.the room is clean has welcome gift choc and wine.and bed is great.we slept so well. Highly recommended.

There are not enough words to describe how cute and quirky and beautiful this hotel is. All I can say is that I was very sad to leave! The staff are so incredibly sweet and kind and helpful. Breakfast was legitimately the best I’ve had in Portugal so far. The location doesn’t get better if you’re looking to be in the middle of all the action. And the balcony and the complimentary bottle of wine were just the cherry on top to the perfect day and stay. Also the bed was insanely comfy and the shower was excellent. This is a must-stay experience. Highly recommend!

It was my first time in Porto and this hotel was at a convenient location at a good price. Well, I am beyond glad I chose this one over the others. The staff here is just amazing. They are so attentive, helpful, and have great attitude. The location is perfect. The hotel itself is the cutest thing ever. The decoration and style and the way the room is set up (plus the bed was so comfy). And lastly, the breakfast was SPLENDID. Variety of foods to choose from, ALL delicious. Fruits, vegetables, fresh juice, pastries, I mean wow! I will definitely stay here again and at any other chain.

Small boutique hotel, with great location.walking distance to all major attractions. It is an old property converted to a hotel, room was very spacious, bathroom was in the small size, but it workout well. Breakfast was delicious. Parking is across the street, for 30 euros a day.

This hotel is right on a very popular pedestrian only street (but on a corner where a taxi can park). Very charming with restaurants and shops. Close walk to the river. Excellent location. It is also in an historic building from the 16 or 17 century. Lots of charm. The staff is one of the most helpful I have had. They booked as airport transport both ways, they were very kind and helpful at all times, and when we had to leave before breakfast to get our flight, they made us a to go box of food without us even asking.

This was the perfect location for our first visit to Porto! Its location is so close to the train Porto Sao Bento, the waterfront and an easy walk to the other side. We had plenty of restaurants to choose from and everything seemed like a 10 min walk. It was in the middle of everything, but you wouldn’t know it once you went inside. The hotel was decorated so nicely and very clean. The staff were so helpful and very friendly. The breakfast each morning was fantastic! We found the little courtyard to be perfect for a glass of wine before we headed to dinner. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is located.on a pedestrian street which make difficult to.reach by taxi with luggage. Also, as I was cheching out at 4 30am and the reception.closes at.midnight, there was nobody to.complain that the lift was working at that time.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at this hotel - it was just right for our needs. Pros: - very well located, we loved being right on the pedestrian street and close to everything we wanted to see - clean rooms, stocked with the basics - we had a balcony room which was lovely for having a moment outdoors in the morning and evening, and allowed for good air in the room (plus nice light) - Staff were incredibly nice and helpful - Breakfast was tasty and nice to have available (plus some patio seating) Cons: - Room was a bit older looking than the photos (both the room/bathroom itself and also the furniture) - Seagulls were extremely loud throughout the night - bring earplugs if sensitive sleeper! - Price was a bit high, but again, was the perfect spot for us, so we still recommend!

Amazing staff. Had a very nice and comfortable stay. The breakfast and after-hours dessert/24hour espresso machine are excellent amenities offered by the hotel. We loved the location and its proximity to tourist attractions and food options. Highly recommend this place. The only thing to keep in mind is that depending on the room, you may have to deal with some flights of stairs.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My husband has knees problems, and the elevator only went up to the second floor. They had our room on the third floor. The moved us to the second floor. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious overlooking Rua das Flores. When the doors were closed that overlooked the street it was very quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable and towels nice. Hardwood floors which we prefer, cleaner. Ceiling above the bed was decorative.There was a demi bottle of wine to share in the room. They made us a packed breakfast for the airport the following day. Lovely 10/10!

This boutique hotel is very quirky and unique. Excellent location to be able to walk to everything. That being noted , guests need to be aware of the surrounding noise due to location. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast - no complaints - as anticipated: assortment of breads, cheeses, and meats. Eggs available upon request . Has yogurt daily with toppings. Cozy room - while some say small- this is standard European room size. We’d stay again as had all we needed - clean, attractable location, breakfast, and comfortable.
