Finding the driveway in, on a dark rainy night, was a challenge. It's next to a atorage unit qnd a U-Haul, not an obvious place for a hotel. I loved the complimentary breakfast, one of the best I've had. Room was clean and comfortable.

It was my first stay here..but I was satisfied w the parking, location, hospitality, fitness & swimming pool, dining, outside lounging area and everything.

The front desk service was excellent.

First time book, I don’t live to far but love to get away for a night or so and this hotel gave everything I was looking for. The front desk staff, amazing! The bar, amazing! Pool, amazing! Breakfast was 10/10 and so clean. I love how clean the room was, smelled good, pretty quiet except the people upstairs from me but the hotel couldn’t prevent that some people walk harder than others. Only things I could think of to complain about was no microwave in the room, and the pool was freezing which are things I’d deal with, would definitely book here again just because!

This was a great hotel at a great price. The property is in mint condition. Rooms were spacious, separate sitting and sleeping areas, comfortable bed, and great shower head! The morning breakfast was heads above most traditional hotel breakfast buffets with a fresh fruit salad, eggs, sausages, hash browns and hash. 5 stars for quality and price!

Needs microwave in room. Sofa area was a nice bonus. Netflix would be nice.

We needed a place near family and there are few options. The breakfast was typical low end food. It would have helped to have friendly staff. The few interactions with the front desk were cold and unhelpful.

There is no housekeeping unless you ask for it and no one at check in told us we had to ask for it. When we asked the front desk about lack of housekeeping they told us then. They also blamed the lack of housekeeping ability on some language barrier??

The room looked exactly as the picture advertised. Very clean and comfortable bed. Nice variety of breakfast options at the buffet breakfast.

Hyatt is always great. The staff was excellent. The grounds need weeding.

Upon arriving at the hotel in the early evening, I noticed the parking lot was mostly empty. However, the room I was assigned had a toilet that was not flushing properly. I promptly informed the front desk host, Alex, who came to inspect the issue but informed me that maintenance would only be available the next day and suggested I wait. When I asked if I could be moved to another room, Alex immediately denied my request without checking the system, claiming the hotel was fully booked. Disappointed by Alex's unhelpful attitude, I decided to escalate the issue by contacting Hyatt's corporate hotline. Within minutes, the hotel manager arrived with Alex at my door. After confirming the issue with the toilet, the manager swiftly arranged for me to be moved to another room. The contrast between Alex's initial refusal to assist and the swift resolution by the manager highlighted a significant gap in customer service. I was impressed by the responsiveness and support from Hyatt's corporate team and Expedia, who also intervened on my behalf to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Their intervention underscored the importance of effective customer service escalation procedures. Overall, while the initial interaction with Alex was frustrating and not reflective of Hyatt's customer service standards, I appreciated the swift resolution once the issue was escalated. The hotel room and amenities were clean, which was a positive aspect of my stay.

Good breakfast!

Are stay overall was good. The rooms and hotel was very clean (could use a mirror by the elevators on each floor). Maid service was not that good. When I asked for more large towals they were accomadating,, and brought them by the afternoon, however one day they brought the towals, but didn't make up the room? And the sign was in the door?? Breakfast ends at 9am, should be until at least 10am. People are on Holiday!! Overall staff was friendly although double billed one room, but fixed it on checkout.

The hotel is affordable with a free breakfast making it convenient for a family traveling.

There was a particular desk person, curly hair, glasses, he was completely rude and shadowed the entire otherwise decent weekend

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Alex in particular at the front desk answered all my questions and went above and beyond to provide stellar costumer service. The room was very clean as was the pool/gym. I would definitely stay here again!

Although it was only a one night stay, everything was pleasant, staff were helpful, and having a pool and fitness center were an added benefit.We enjoyed the free breakfast by sitting outside on the patio as well.

Property is conveniently located but in front of major road so traffic noise is I guess an avoidable.

I was asked on check in if a double queen would be ok instead of king. King room was not clean yet. TV would not work and I called desk to ask about tv, told they did not have any other rooms available. I finally found power plug loose, they could have offered to send someone up to help me! Our second night was horrendous , do not stay in room 202. It overlooks the patio. After numerous calls to the front desk from 11 pm to 1:00 am in regards to music noise and just all around loudness we did not get much sleep. Inquired on the “quiet hours” response “yes we do have them.” I asked what are they because it’s 1:00 am and it’s not quiet!! On the way out there was a cockroach in the lobby by the elevators,
