We enjoyed our stay at Tokyu Stay. Room was amazing and clean! Plenty of space for my family. The loft outlets and lights on the stairs didn’t work, but we worked around it. Great location as well! We enjoyed Don quioye below us!

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, rooms amenities were equipped and even has a washer dryer in the room was a big plus. Love the Toto Toliet which warms the seat. There is a giant super store under the hotel called donki which has everything you need. The only down side is the parking , which you have to pay daily but once you come back in 1 day period , You would have to pay again. The hotel is amazing overall.

Great hotel! Quiet, Convenient and Comfortable! Very Japanese breakfast could use adding fruit to the buffet. Parking available on 3rd & 4th floors with Hotel Lobby on 5th floor. Don Quixote below hotel on 1st & 2nd floors with some items cheaper than Kokusai Street. A bit far to walk to Kokusai shopping street but Taxi ride was about ¥700 and very easy and convenient.

It was worthwhile to stay this hotel, TOKYU’s name gave me a sort of guarantee on the stay. One important request to the Hotel is, I want a mirror in the lift. There is no mirror in the lift ! Unbelievable. It’s a must for especially ladies to check make-up and dress, and so on. Lack of sense.

The hotel is very new and clean. The front desk staff speaks very good English. He is efficient too. However, the area is very quiet, hence a bit inconvenient for shopping.

Thank you for hotel supper kind service and the location is convient but you can also asked hotel to get taxi service where they will come to lobby to meet you Mini kitchen equipped with microwave and dishes, forks Super convenient with washing/dry machine in the room with detergent. There's donki donki downstairs opened till 3am (please check latest) Izakaya 居酒屋 nearby is very cheap and yummy

Donki is just right next to the hotel, monorail and bus station are closed walkable distance, misterdonut also nearby! Breakfast buffet is amazing, but they keep the same choices everyday so after a week of staying may want to try something new, sashimi is very fresh and u can make your own don and I am improving day by day. Room is not spacious but comfy, in room facilities are quite well equipped i.e. individual washer and microwave, very convenient for the long stay especially after snokeling

Room is a little squeezy for 4 adults, limited space to open luggage. But there is washing machine in the room itself with free detergent to use 😊 Location wise, it's a little far from Kokusai Dori though walkable. Don't trust the 7 mins walk stated on the property details, it was about 15 mins walk instead. The only convenient point was this hotel is right above Don Quijote (Don don donki), so we can do last minute shopping very conveniently. As for parking, the entrance to parking lot is a little hard to spot. And it's a little expensive as JPY1,500 per day doesn't allow multiple in & outs. If you intend to drive out a few times, the fee will be charged otherwise.

This was our second stay before departing Naha. We got a similar triple room with a mini kitchenette and it was spacious. Coffee/cocoa are available all the time in the lobby. We highly recommend it for a family.

The location cannot be better, only within a few minutes from the monirail Kenchomae station. The staff allowed me to leave the luggage before checking in. The lobby and furniture are very nice. The triple room is huge! The bathroom has an area to waah beside the tub and is huge! The toilet is separated. Beds are super comfortable. Mini kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and dishes. A brandnew washer/dryer is inside the bathroom too. Can't ask for better swrvice.

Great location just minutes away from the monorail station. Don Quijote right below the hotel in the same building with everything you'd ever need. Washer-dryer combo works great. Bathroom is very clean and quite spacious for Japan standard. Overall a very nice stay.

Family friendly hotel, 3 minutes from monorail easy access to airport and kokusai dori. Very spacious rooms, nice open areas in the hotel, excellent options for breakfast, private laundry machine in each hotel room, fresh and clean rooms. Directly connected to donki on the 2 floor which is very convenient to buy daily necessities and souvenirs.

This hotel is near the yu rail way n it take about 20 min train ride to the airport . Nice view if u upgrade your hotel room to sea view .

The hotel room and service was great. It was close to the monorail staing also. One of the bathroom light bulb was dim and it needed to be replaced. I forgot to tell this to the hotel saff.

The front office staff is helpful and kind. Very efficient check in / out process. But the mattress is too soft for me. The room deco is a bit old, wall paper was peeling off. Perhaps the room needs a bit of update.

This hotel had a washer dryer in our room which was excellent. The room was spacious for Japan and there were 2 different pillows on each bed giving a choice of hard or soft. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay at Tokyo hotels again in the future

Room is spacious enough, love the bathroom with both shower and bathtub separate area. Washing machine in room very handy with clear instructions. Amenities provided free to refill. Downstairs is DONKI a great plus. Carpark easily accessible with many spaces. Short distance from airport and car rental. Most staff friendly although cannot communicate in English, except one female with no smile who kept saying no without being helpful.
