Lovely clean property. Great staff, facilities and restaurants.
A 10 minute walk from the main beaches. I would suggest hiring a scooter from one of the local hire shops to get around with ease, there is ample free parking at the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this five star resort. Though I went for pleasure, I had to do a fair amount of work in my room. The two air conditioners were much appreciated as well as the daily turnover service. The wi-fi was fast and Netflix never lagged. The rooms are quiet and the private balcony with pool allowed me frequent breaks. Room seevice menu is extensive and available until 10pm, so I was able to explore both local and western options. The cocktails are strong and delicious and the staff is great with customer service both in person and on the phone. There is also a Starbucks on the property and no need to leave the resort at all if you are looking for a chill and relaxed vacation. 10/10 would stay there again. (App will not allow me to add photos, but trust all photos uploaded by the resort are a great representation of the rooms and grounds.)

when we checked in our fridge wasnt cleaned and still had food from the last gusts.

Staff did the bare minimum for you, only if you asked them to. Didn't receive hand towels or toilet paper on second day. The plunge pool that I paid extra for on the balcony was full of orange slime and green algae. The entrance corridor for my building was dark, ceiling covered in mould and pools of water everywhere. I had cockroaches in my room every night. Not a very relaxing experience, spent three nights there and couldn't wait to leave. To top it all off I was made to wait in reception on checkout while they "checked my room", although they were pleased to confirm that I hadn't stolen any towels, and their resident cockroaches were all safe and sound. A supposed 5 star hotel, and I had cockroaches in my room on the 5th floor.

Overall we enjoyed our stay for a family reunion. The pools were great, room spacious and comfortable and breakfast good. However staff were uncommunicative, not responding to any emails prior to our stay when we wanted to organise transfers from the airport. The area wasn’t particularly convenient and dining options fairly limited- one onsite restaurant which also delivered room service. The room would have been better if some practical details were considered- there were no power points in the kitchen and we had to plug the coffee machine into a socket in the bathroom! Although we had a suite with a kitchen there were no cooking implements and nothing to wash up which would have been handy with our small children.

Really great place! The staff couldn't find our reservation at first but reacted quickly and graciously upgraded to one of their villa. We had an amazing stay !

If you are Handicap please don't stay in this hotel, is a long walk in a hill and the shuttle bus never pick you up from the entry to the hotel rooms, because they don't have enough stuff. Stuff are very friendly but they can't take care of everything. The Properly are really nice and safe.

Amazing place and safe for family holidays. Clean and friendly service, close to the beach and restaurants.

Huge resort, can be a walk if you are staying in the back area, facilities are top notch, staff friendly and accomodating. Not that close to the beach.

This was not a 5 star hotel. The staff are not service minded at all, except the tour booking. At room cleaning, somethimes they would forget to add towels, soap and toilet paper. We had to call to get these items and even then they would forget.
We had a kitchen with no cutlery and we had ants. The breakfast were ok, but I've had much better at lower rated hotels.
The shuttle service to the beach did not work, they had to drive back and forth cause they didn't have enough cars, so you had to wait.
Overall I was disappointed cause I was expecting a better service.

Disorganized, no systems in place, housekeeping service not consistent. Overall not a good experience

Grounds are kept tidy, decent buffet breakfast. Prices for restaurants are pretty good, staff are friendly and polite. Location too far from beach and far away from everything which makes taxis expensive. Great place to stay if you want to get away to peace and quiet.

One of the best resorts I have ever experienced! The resort is nine months old with six swimming pools including four Infiniti pools. The restaurant serves a daily breakfast intercontinental buffet and the lunch dinner are amazing.

This hotel is not ready to be open and the staff are useless with less than zero urgency of carrying out any small task at all

I did not like my stay. People who were the check in staff were not so nice. The first day we came to check in the lady didn’t even ask our name she assumed we were someone else and got all stressed. She was like you guys have a last minute booking and was rude. Then when they took our passports they still didn’t realize that she mistook us for someone else. I told her to look at our names and then she realized she made a mistake and tried to become nice. The entire stay the pool bars were closed. The house keeping people were nice. But also when checking out it was just an eh experience. Over all I liked the views of this hotel. But the front desk staff were not so professional/welcoming for such beautiful resort.

Where to start...? In a nutshell the property as a whole is only half built so entire accommodation blocks and rooms/floors are still being constructed and furnished. The entire lower area of the resort is still a construction site. That said, there was no noticeable noise disruption for our week there. But the problems are there, and unfortunately once we spotted one then they just kept on coming:- chaotic check-in and check-out with staff- three different credit cards refused by their PDQ machine- some pool areas closed yet still filled with (green) water and rubbish; no signage or barriers to prevent entry to these including the kids pool- restaurant and food offering basically non-existent. A total of 15 Thai and snack sandwich dishes including desserts. All but one meals order were served tepid to cold- construction dust in room- electrical wires exposed on the pool - alarms on room doors to sensitive - I had to go and shake the handling of a neighbouring room at 7.30 to turn off the alarm- security door and fire exits wedged open by builders & staff - WiFi wasn’t strong enough to allow streaming- phone in room didn’t workI should add that we met the general manager to relay our concerns; whilst he listened attentively it appeared he had no power to particularly rectify issues large or small. This is simply not currently a 5* property and is completely mis-sold. Evidently the developer’s cashflow is more important than respecting guest’s holidays
