Very Nice staff. Big room. No lobby and you have to lock yourself into the hotel at night With no one to Greet you. No indoor breakfast facility. No coffee mashine in room.

An amazing experience! This is a tiny boutique hotel with 16 rooms. The entry is a "hidden" door between 2 restaurants. But once you are in you are enveloped in a welcome warmth.
There is no traditional hotel lobby. You enter a small vestibule with a few tables and a view of a courtyard. The staff greets you with cordial warmth and offer you a drink while they check you in.
the room was pure magic! Every amenity you could imagine and a spectacular view of the Place des Vosges. It had a welcoming, chic Parisian literary vibe -- thoughtfully appointed mini fridge, two crystal carafes of liquor and mixers, exquisite pastries from their award-winning chef, water bottles for exploring Paris in comfort, an a lovely note with beautiful roses on the table.
Plush robes, soft slippers, an a bed so comfortable that even in Paris I was contemplating sleeping in.
The small café downstairs serves phenomenal breakfasts and lunches. But of course, you are in the Marais, so there is no lack of food all around.
A perfect parisian pied-à-terre!

Stunning rooms, feels like you are apartment sitting at the home of a celebrity artist with impeccable taste. Rooms are the most stylish I have ever stayed in. Great location too!

Small hotel overlooking Place des Vosges. Rooms are a little on the small side. Nevertheless, very clean and comfortable with many amenities. Not much of a lobby area and has a tiny elevator that takes you to the upper two floors.
The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive. There is always someone to greet you at the door and offer assistance.
We were immediately comped for our meals and were given a departure gift because the elevator was out of order for a few hours.

Did not love this new and much -advertised new hotel. The rooms are very dark, the suite that we were in had large windows facing the street on the 1st floor. We had to keep the drapes closed at all times, you could see right into the room from the very busy square outside. the overall design of our room was just TOO MUCH, all around. the bed is on a raised platform, we kept tripping over the 6 to 8 inch platform that you had to get up on to enter the bed, very dangerous. the TV was way too close to close bed and mounted for some odd reason on a thick black metal pole. the TV had only one, rather obscure English -speaking TV channel and no movies. the minibar was completely empty, lots of glasses and dishes but nothing to eat or drink aside from a few bottles of water, odd. the bathroom was small and also over designed, nice bathtub however. every morning/evening (x3 nights) we heard loud and annoying scrapping on the floor above and around our room, then what sounded like furniture being moved. this whole process repeated itself every day at about 5pm. we finally figured out it was the housekeepers cleaning all of the rooms, our room had a partial tile floor, the noise was all of the tile floors being vacuumed and all of the furniture being moved about. really, truly annoying to have to listen too. over all, just dark, uncomfortable, weirdly designed. i would not recommend for 1800$ per night, at all.

Location is amazing and we had a great stay! We had a few hiccups though. Our shower had an issue draining but the staff was able to fix this when we brought it to their attention. Staff was very present and accommodating!

Cour des Vosges is an outstanding hotel. it has the charm and character we were looking for, with luxury amenities. We had the "Attic" room, which was perfect for us. Loved the exposed original wood beams from the original structure, and the amazing view from the window out to the square. High-end bathroom with deep tub was great. Luxury linens, very comfortable king bed, and all the touches you'd want from a high-end hotel -- while keeping boutique charm.
But the most impressive aspect of our stay was the service -- from weeks before we arrived to throughout our stay -- they went out of their way to make us feel welcome, provide recommendations on where to go AFTER listening to what we wanted to do while there (from shops and restaurants to sites to see), and purchased tickets for us by doing the research and giving us options for things like Eiffel Tower, Louvre and a dinner cruise, which provided us with skip-the-line access. All of which we would not have gotten nearly as easily on our own. They took care of it while we were out and about in Paris.
The location was outstanding too. In La Marais, it was very close to lots of great shops, cafes, wine bars, restaurants, etc. We LOVED the neighborhood and the location -- great for walking around and exploring, and being a base for our short time in Paris.
Overall - highly recommend!
