Fantastic location near Hakata Station. Spotlessly clean, modern rooms. Friendly, helpful staff go the extra mile. Great value for the price. Ideal base to explore Fukuoka. Highly recommend Hotel Forza for a comfortable, convenient stay in the heart of the city.

Room was a tad cramped for 2 people with our 1 medium and 1 large luggage. The toilet was surprisingly large with a tub AND shower area. Other than the initial disappointment that the room wasnt ready even when I checked in one hr after the check-in time, the stay was generally pleasant. Convenient location with only a short walking distance to Hakata station

This was my second stay here. This time, I booked a double room in which according to the picture, had a sofa on the side, and is bigger and more expensive than the room I stayed before. But when I checked in, I was still assigned with the same room type as the previous one without the sofa or more space. When I asked the front desk, they said the picture on the Hotels.com web site is wrong, and that I was assigned to the right room that I reserved. However, when i went up to the room and checked the TV screen with the hotel room information, it has the same wrong picture as hotels.com web site. So I paid more this time to stay in the same room. The pictures of the room should be changed to represent the exact room type you are offering.. And on the top of that, I was also asked of stains on the wall of the room that I did not cause. Overall my experience here is not great.

Hotel is well located by just 10-15min walk from Hakata station. Only issue is the room size. It was 1 of the 4 hotels we stayed during this trip and Forza is by far the smallest and second pricer lodging.

I actually booked this hotel a day before as i changed my travel schedule due to personal issues. I asked for upgraded to a bigger room at front desk when check in. Lucky they have available for a little extra charge. So i got the big double bedroom which i love the bed so much. Can actually fit 4ppl. The location is just 1 min walk outside of HAkAtA station. Many good restaurant around. Shipping mall

Close to Hakata station. The staff members were professional and friendly. Love that there was coffee available for guests on the lobby floor. The view wasn’t great but that wasn’t an important factor for me. Luggage service for early arrival was very convenient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room was not ready and check in was a mess. Staff looked at a constant loss. Rude operator on the reception call. Nobody to greet or help at the entrance. When you approach the check in counter only then they hand out a queue number to you for check in which took almost 45 minutes to complete. TV was broken. Upon check out staff claims he can assist to call for taxi but cannot choose the taxi type which was untrue because we could order a larger taxi through DiDi app. Room is clean but the staff is the most unhelpful we have experienced in Japan.

Although being hidden away from the main road (by only a little) once you step through the entrance the space around you transforms into this modern Japanese aesthetic that has become more dominant in recent hotel design in Japan. It’s a modern facility with mostly young very friendly bilingual staff. The hotel still has the new feel to it, and the rooms are very clean. Surprisingly the bathroom had tiles, instead of the usual plastic box they tend to install, which was a very nice touch. Great bed too.

Love this hotel - location is great, near to the station where you can get everything and staff really went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met. Great hotel for kids too - they received these little battery powered animals which they absolutely loved!

Hotel is ok, close to train station, however, the room is very small, and staff wasn’t offering any help with my luggage when I arrived at receiption. Staff didn’t speak English at all, so communication was kind hard.
