Comfortable, clean, and convenient, EXCEPT for the valet parking situation upon arrival. I waited in the traffic line for a good 30 mi it’s or more until it was finally my turn. But once I got out of my car, everything went smoothly!

Clean and conveniently located, especially if you are going to the convention center or Moda Center.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The bar had a great happy hour deal on Old Fashioned and other cocktails.

Clearly recently refurbished. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great location next to Moda center. Breakfast buffet was unfortunately sub par. Will give it another try based on other variables.

Joey at the front desk was delightful. The view of the city from our room was stunning. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Was in town for one night for the Iron Maiden concert and the all around experience was wonderful. I'll be back next time I'm catching a show at Moda with all the Payday candy bars on the planet 🤘

Beautiful hotel and walking distance to convention center. Safe, clean and great rooms. Restaurant and market are great. Really enjoyed our stay. Was nervous heading there from some reviews but the area is safe. Absolutely no issue and had little kids with me.

The Guy in the front desk his so nice sweet professional I love the city view can’t wait to make another visit.

The pillows were flat. The couch back cushions smelled like urine and surfaces were dusty. Lunch was mediocre. The BBQ was 90% ketchup. We did enjoy their poke bowl and smashed burger.
This is our we second stay in this hotel as our first stay experience was great. I am not sure if we would ever return.

Very Nice stay, close to concert venue. Nice market place to buy coffee, snacks, etc.

This hotel was excellent. Perfect location for a Moda center event. Restaurant was good. In hotel market and preprapared foods. Great coffee. No knock against the hotel at all. Downtown Portland is really rough when we stayed. Huge homeless problem. On top of that many many drug addled panhandlers made it feel pretty unsafe to travel by foot to nearby markets or shops

I was sucker punched by a crazy homeless person right on the corner of the hotel. It’s such a shame ….. the hotel is beautiful and very convenient to the venue we attended. We have been there before and really liked it . The staff was very apologetic and took very good care of us !! Definitely will return but will be more aware of my surroundings..

Clean newer building. But honestly rooms feel so cheap like a pop up air bnb. Vinyl floors and wrap around vinyl in bathroom. Cheap beds and tables. Cookie cutter rooms. Charging 35 a night for parking was insane. Was close to the Moda and convention center so location was optimal but for what I paid for two nights and then realized it was 70 more for parking was not cool. I might stay here again but I’ll definitely park somewhere else.

The checking drop off was a nightmare, concert event that evening! So cars backed up, so took a long time to actually get into the hotel to check in.

Beautiful place to stay with amenities. Great cafe. It was a little weird-we wanted a late check out and male at front desk said it couldn't happen. Later, female at other desk said we could have 2 hour extension until 1pm. We were grateful as one of us wasn't feeling well and got to sleep a bit longer.

Wonderful place to stay and easy walk to everything, including Moda Center for big event. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean.
Everything was top notch and such a wonderful ambience and pet friendly without the appearance of pet friendly. Parking was a breeze and safe gated or valet parking. The view of City and River was beautiful. Look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Portland.

The price of our room was amazing. It was beautiful and clean. We did Valet parking and they were very professional. The Check-in was very professional. The hotel is beautiful and we walked to the Mode Center to see a concert which was 2 blocks away.
All staff members were friendly. You had to use your key to get back into the hotel from the sides. And to go up into the elevator and so that made us feel safer. That not anyone could get on the elevator. Great beautiful High End Hotel.
We would definitely stay here again.
