Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Must book the buffet breakfast, totally worth it and very yummy. Close to other restaurants and attractions. Near enough and you could stroll to the beach or take a taxi. There’s a taxi call stand right in the lobby so very handy.

We booked it specifically because it stated on hotels.com that there would be a microwave in the room.. I have many food allergies, so we booked the room, so I could heat my own food, so it wouldn’t get in contact with anything else. But there wasn’t a microwave in the room.. And when I went to the reception regarding this, I was told there had never been one in the room.. So I informed him that it was stated on hotels.com that there would be, and he said that was wrong.. I can still see that it states that, so it hasn’t been removed.. It also says there is a fireplace, which I also told him, and he said that was also wrong, so there is quite many informations that isn’t correct, that needs to be updated.The check in was also quite uncomfortable. They have a check in stand, so you have to do it yourself. And I have a letter in my name that can’t be written in Japan, so I couldn’t find myself, so the reception said that I had spelled my name wrong, which I tried to explain him that I haven’t, it’s just a letter they don’t have in there alphabet. When I found myself, and we thought we had completed the check in, we were still missing our room keys, and when we told him that, he said “you made a mistake during check in, but I think I can fix it”. We had been traveling for 30 hours, we were tried, so being told it was us that was the issue, was quite uncomfortable. Maybe have a system that’s better, and be more understanding to your guests, than rude.

Everything was great at Cockatail Stay! The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a fantastic array of options, all delicious. The staff were so kind and helpful. There is a laundry room on the 6th floor and everything is close by. Definitely recommend it.

The hotel room was good, staff were nice, but if your a foreigner checking in on the check in device is a hassle sometimes doesn't show that you actually reserved a room. Despite all of that overall good place for a single or couple to stay for the night.

Interesting mix of bar and hotel. The front desk is set inside the bar, which is a convenient option for anyone who doesn't want to find restaurants around the area. The room has just enough space for comfort(although two people might be too crowded in a Queen bedroom). It does take a bit of walking to get to the main street where the tram and all the buses are

Great location, close to beach, shopping, grocery store. Easy to get a taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perhaps a sign in the room you can put out on the doorknob if you had enough towels for the day would be helpful as towels came daily and were not necessarily needed so frequently especially if keeping in mind the environment. Other than that, lovely and quiet place to stay. Amazing shower in the room. Would recommend and stay again.

Loved it! Clean air conditioned rooms, lovely cafe downstairs with free drinks and snacks every afternoon 2-9 , nice outside terrace to drink your hibiscus tea in the evenings, helpful staff. Loads of amenities for the room. Only downside-no coffee in rooms for the mornings but there were lots of different tea bags you could take from reception up to your rooms. Good location with lots of convenience stores around it and an easy 12 minute walk straight down to Kokusai dori.

Nice, clean and modern hotel. Staff is friendly and check in was easy through a kiosk. Check in area is combined with the hotel restaurant. In the afternoon, they will offer you a complimentary beverage after you check in. Room is nice and has a nice view of the ocean and the cruise port. For those who are driving, there are 3 different lots around the property you can park in. They're fairly priced but can get filled up at night. There is a Lawson very close by and a few food places around the area. It's about a 17 minute walk to Kokusai Shopping Area to buy all your souvenirs.

Good points: (1) Great friendly staff in the bar and restaurant: Yuya Shinjo and Aya are the best. (2) Very good breakfasts (but they should include orange juice). (3) Good beds and showers. Problems: (1) Our room was tiny; the double bed took up almost all the space, no place to open a suitcase. (2) No coffee in the room. (3) Parking spaces, although available, are narrow and tough to get in and out of. Plan on 10-15 minutes inching backwards and forwards to avoid denting your car and the others.

新しくサービスの行き届いた快適なホテルでした。受付は2Fで簡素なので時間によってはCI/COの際にちょっと並びます。お部屋は全体的に広めで、机も大きく、清潔です。多機能シャワーが面白くて気持ちよかった！リネン類もふわふわで無臭、ナイトウェアもGood！清掃レベルが選べるのも連泊者には有難かったです。また、清掃時間帯に部屋で仕事していても音があまり気にならなかったのもすごいと思いました。レストランのラウンジ利用（15～21時）ができる所はこの価格帯ではなかなかないと思いますし、おしゃれで美味しく、スタッフさんも対応が丁寧なので、周辺にお店探しに行く必要がありません。（というかエリア的には地元の飲み屋街的なところなので外にはあまり行かない方がいいかも。金曜夜は周辺の駐車場に止めづらくなりますが、朝になるとめちゃくちゃ空いてます）砂漠のオアシス的なホテルでした。また利用したいです。

比較的新しい建物で、部屋も綺麗です。窓から見える景色は、緑のある公園が見え朝日も入ってくるので気持ちが良かったです。私が泊まった部屋ではツインベッドを２台くっつけた仕様だったので、片側に寝て、もう片側にはスーツケースを置いて使いましたが、1人で泊まるには問題ありません出した。入り口横にあるスペースは、スーツケースを置く台がないので無駄になっています。スーツケース用の台を用意してください。椅子が無いのでテーブルでの作業はベッドの縁に腰掛けやらなければならなかったので非常に使いづらかったです。このホテルの売りであるシャワー機能は水圧も適度に強く快適でした。コインランドリーが六階にあり洗濯乾燥機がたったの2台しかなくて、ほとんど埋まっていて使いたい時にまったく使えませんでした。至急、改善を望みます。

It was a nice place just out of the way from the night bar area. Pretty tame/safe. Mostly residential nearby. Close to several convenient bus stops. 24hr convenience store not far. Nice for any midnight cravings. Fairly quiet. Nice shower. Comfy bed. Taxis frequent the pub street. Free drink service in the evening at the lounge. Well lit at night. Staff was friendly. No complaints.

着いて直ぐにゴルフだったのですが素早くフロントの女性のスタッフが対応してくれました。3泊したのですがフロントの女性のスタッフさんが皆さん笑顔で対応して頂きとても心地良かったです。男性のスタッフさんもとても良い対応でした。今回の滞在中はお天気も悪く雨だったので下のレストランカリーノで毎日食べました。どのメニューもとても美味しか頂きました。お肉。お魚。パスタ。ピザ。その他。3泊中毎日食べても飽きませんでした。とてもお洒落なお店なのですがとても居心地が良かったです。朝食もメインに行く前にお腹が満たされる位の前菜が出てきてどれも美味しく大変満足でした。メインのお料理も大満足でした。次回もこのホテルに宿泊して下のレストランカリーノに行こうと思います。

The staff were really friendly and nice. the hotel was pretty clean except for the glass mirrors that from the bedroom to the bathroom, I saw handprints/prints on the glasses but other than that it was a pleasant stay.
