100% recommended. What a great place. We enjoyed our stay so much. Perfect communication with Patricia, the manager/owner. Clean, spacious, comfortable shower, also the bed, kitchen with all the needed amenities. For us it has been a perfect time there. Thank you so much

A very nice place but with very average quality room cleaning....
The manager is VERY helpful.

A unique and beautiful room with gorgeous windows, wood floors, high ceilings. Very busy but delicious cafe on the ground floor. The staff was kind, attentive and professional. Will definitely return to this property.

I don't want to over hype this place because I want it to be available for my next trip. This hotel is a former dept store so you've got very high ceilings and giant windows. The windows have wooden panels that secure over the windows ensuring total silence and darkness when you want to sleep. Good locks, great location, great staff. Make sure you visit the Greek restaurant across the street

Loved the size of the apartment and its amenities and the fact that there is a coffee shop right downstairs. I would say they should add a shower door , the shower head is one of those that you take off the wall and it was really hard to make it aim towards you and so water constantly splashed out making all the floor wet in the bathroom. Also, if you are going to stay there on a weekend and are a light sleeper like me definitely use the earplugs they give you, there is a bar/club nearby that is pretty loud and so are the people and they don’t stop partying until 5AM!!!!! During the week it was perfect.

This is not a 'traditional' hotel with lobby but there is someone on-site to answer any questions and greet you during the day. The building is a restored department store and has lots of character/history but is completely renovated. There is daily cleaning service, a kitchenette with 2-burner stove top, dishes etc for 2, a mini-fridge and surprisingly we managed to make a simple meal and breakfast there. It's nice to have the cafe in the building as well. We were able to drop off our luggage before check-in as well as get a late check-out. Mariana, who manages the hotel is lovely and very friendly. There is no parking on-site but it was easy enough to find street parking within 200m. Parking in general in Ponta Delgada isn't great but Mariana gave us great tips on where to park and how to pre-pay extra $ if we can't move our car by 8am next day. Metered parking is not expensive. I would definitely stay here again. We had the superior room which has decent space.

Large size room with fully equipped kitchen. Parking is close by, within 500 meters walking distance. The metered parking accepts EU coins only and is very reasonably priced The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, grocery stores and plenty of shopping

Lovely place to stay in the city. Immaculately clean. Very comfortable rooms. Nice to have a kitchenette. Restaurant downstairs has great breakfasts and light lunches.

This is really a boutique hotel with a very nice cafe on the bottom floor. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Beds comfortable. Only issue is with noise outside from bars. Some are open all night. Also a bit of a funky smell but you get used to it. We would stay hear again but bring earplugs!

I loved that it was within walking distance to the marina, grocery stores, and restaurants. Also, the rooms had a kitchenette with mini fridge. There was a cafe on site as well.

The beautiful old building has been recently restored to a very high (at stylish) standard - the rooms are huge and well equipped. Plenty of cookware to make your own meals or take advantage of the great cafe on the ground floor. All restaurants and bars are within a few minutes walk and it's easy to park nearby. Will definitely stay here next time we're in the Azores.

We loved our stay - very comfortable accomodations. Air conditioning was a much needed bonus. The hotel is very centrally located, which at times means extra noise in the evenings (though it didn't significantly impact our stay). Highly recommend

Staff was great. Nice property in a nice location.

Beautiful, fun, sunny space! Walking distance to most things in town center. I read reviews stating it was noisy at all hours of the night, but the owner went out of her way to tell me unprompted “this city is very quiet. No noise after 11, you will see”. Sadly untrue. Men fighting outside my window most nights (and all night) from both the gentleman’s club next door and the disco on the other side. However as a whole, this city is very safe. The staff here were kind and helpful! Fun experience instead of a traditional hotel

Well located

Hugo went out of his way to accommodate us. We had trouble finding the property and being jet lagged didn’t help . He turned the negative into a positive by letting us have early check in and took time to explain everything!

The personell is attentive and always ready to give the best of service. The food was excellent as well and the apartment a great place to stay for a family with a toddler. It entails all the utilities (expecially kitchen) that a family needs.
Furthermore, the self-check-in system works great and gives you great flexibility.
Lastly, the area couldn't be better. You are located close to the city centre, with all the attractions and restaurants it entails. The room was well isolated, so there was near to no noise at night.
All in all impeccable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
