The hotel is gorgeous and the room was spacious. You can’t but the location. The only major drawback are the trolleys that run constantly. Our room was extremely noisy well into the night.

So amazing. Beautiful boutique hotel. Very nicely appointed. Excellent staff. Great location.

It is an overpriced hotel in center of Milan. Shower had streaks of mold, very small room, not enough space around sink area, and breakfast the worst we have seen in Italy.

Overall, outstanding hotel. While the room was on the small side, it was because we booked a standard room and did not upgrade. However, the rest of the experience as outstanding. The room was very clean and well decorated. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. The location is unbeatable. Overall, we had a great experience and would book this again, especially at this price point.

Gorgeous hotel with a perfect location to explore this amazing city. The breakfast options were fabulous and very generous. I loved my stay and felt pampered by all the extras.

The hotel is very nice - a bit of an unsung gem very close to the Duomo. And the staff is excellent - very friendly and helpful. My only negative is that there’s a streetcar that goes by throughout the night and is loud so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s not ideal. But most of the people in our party (3 rooms, 6 people), weren’t bothered by it.

Simple, yet cute, cozy, very clean and comfortable little hotel.Everything you would need for a short or long vacation its right there. Walking distance from the majestic Duomo di Milano Cathedral, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, transportation, coffe shops, restaurants and other sites of interest. The breakfast buffet is really good with a lot of options and daily baked bread in the hotel kitchen, the dinning area is very pretty.
Overall, the attention to guests special requests and the effort to satisfy the request whenever possible it is a big plus.
We will definitive stay here again. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, good breakfast.

The hotel was very, very expensive and pretty disappointing.
The location is great but:
1. One of the doubles (600 Euros per room per night) was small;
2. In the larger double the shower did not work and staff were unable to fix it - no water pressure at all on the main shower - just a trickle of water;
3. Breakfast - the cold selection was good - the hot options were limited and very poor- scrambled egg looked like it had been made many hours before and left to congeal.
So great location but in no way worth the money.

Great. Except they don’t have good WiFi

Tiny rooms with thick drapes and upholstered beds. Not perfect when you have allergies to dust mites. Very noisy at night as the tram passes right by the property. Great staff. Very good breakfast. It was ok for a one night stay.

The hotel was in a great position, close to the Duomo, with cafes, restaurants & shops close by. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were modern & everything worked. The hotel was clean & tastefully designed. The staff were friendly & helpful.

This hotel is a dumpster fire. The small touches like the lack of toilet paper and a toilet paper holder in the bathroom, the photos of depressed elderly women decorating the room, the use of a plastic trash bag as a trash can, or the perpetually broken elevator really make this a crappy place to stay.
The “city view” means you are looking directly at a FootbLocker, nothing else just Foot Locker.
When working, the elevator opens up into the stairwell midway between each floor so you must carry your luggage up or down stairs. There’s an open stairwell to the street located next to the hotel stairwell so anyone can walk into the hotel at any time in a neighbor where homelessness is an issue.
If you are really lucky you might see one person who cleans or carries bags, carts towels… during your stay and they will not be able to help you with anything. IMPORTANT NOTE! Also, the one person who does clean speaks neither English or Italian and has a habit of throwing out newly purchased items from rooms. The hotel clerk at the counter has a process for sifting through the trash to get your stuff.
In the bathroom, the sink has a flow problem so it only drips water that is either hot or old (you get one and you don’t get to choose which one it is.)
There is a chain restaurant On the ground floor that is about as good and authentic as an Olive Garden, this place hosts breakfast.
The tram is also loud 21 hours a day, every day.
