check-in was good. But our room had no window, it was very hot. the information that she gave us about the excursions was a bit misleading.

This property was the worst property I have ever stayed at. The room was small and had no windows, making it almost impossible to get some fresh air. The facility was also overcrowded. So it was impossible to sleep until midnight. I strongly advise you "not to stay" here.

Extraordinary value for money, en suite rooms was perfect and very comfortable. Hostess was extremely accommodating and made our stay an absolute pleasure.

Maylin is a great, warm hostess. We immediately felt very comfortable with her. The room was very clean and the accommodation as a whole is very nice. It is also worth mentioning that a cheap laundry service is offered. Since we had already been travelling for some time, we were very happy about this. Furthermore, all kinds of tours can be booked through the accommodation. Since our time in Trinidad was relatively short, we only rented bicycles through Maylin and rode to Playa Ancon, about 12 km away. This was definitely worth it, as the bikes we got for this price were really top-notch and the price was more than fair. We would be very happy to come back.

The lady who runs the casa is so warm and sweet! She makes it feel like home and her breakfast is really amazing.

Really nice and clean accomodation near the city center. Also, Maylin is a really nice and friendly host, who will help you with anything yo need (tours in Trinidad and surroundings also organizing collectivos to your next stop).
Can only recommend to stay there if you are looking for an accomodation in Trinidad for a really fair price.

I arrived at Villa Reboso very early expecting to have to wait or come back later, but Maylin was very friendly, kind & understanding, she made me a coffee and in 'About an hour' my room was ready, that was my first impression, over my stay I was helped with finding my way around, renting a bike, local advice and even helping me fix my ipad, nothing was too much trouble. I had breakfast 3 times while I was there and the coffee was good and there was always enough to eat. Cuba has it's problems at the moment and one of those is regular power cuts, which is inconvenient, so what you want is a host that has rechargeable lighting, which Maylin does and someone who in anticipation of the power cuts makes coffee and preps Breakfast in advance to make your stay is as comfortable as possible. Besides all that, what you need is a friend while your away from home and that's what I felt Maylin was and she has cute kids and a adorable dog aswell. Highly Recommended.

This property is exactly as represented in the photos, and has been thoughtfully designed by the owner-host, Maylin. The location is close enough to walk to the main square (Plaza Mayor), but not so close as to be susceptible to the disturbances of traffic (of people, cars and horse-drawn carts).
We particularly appreciate Maylin's personal touch in all aspects of our stay. She organised (at short notice) our visit to the sugar mills at Valle de los Ingenios (San Isidro; Manaca Iznaga) and the local pottery master (Casa Chichi El Alfarero). She prepared, personally, all our breakfasts and also dinners, of the most generous portions. We are grateful and honoured that Maylin shared her home and her life with us, with a little help from Spanish-English translation apps.
Will stay again when in Trinidad.
