It was a very nice hotel, although the walls were thin…enough said. The pillows were amazing, the railroad noise irritating, the service was great, the ship noise a bit much. Pros and cons, as with anything.

It was great!

The room was very ARTSY! It had a modern vibe and it was very comfortable and clean!

The only thing, I would have liked a second chair in the room

Awesome stay. Great room. Great staff. Everything in walking distance. Would stay again.

This was a small hotel that has recently been updated. Great location in the French Quarter if you value quiet. The room was comfortable and clean. They were quick to help with a forgotten toothbrush. Knocked a star for meager breakfast and no WiFi during my stay

Very cool atmosphere and clean rooms. The mix of modern with industrial was intriguing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Also loved the historical factor and the info book left in the room about the building's history.

Great boutique hotel with very nice and clean rooms. Good location too.

Great property in the Quarter, new small boutique hotel. Rooms were very well appointed. The other amenities are lacking. Continental breakfast was weak, bar service started late afternoon and closed early. Limited kitchen appetizers during bar opening. No valet services; onsite parking is in city lot right there but at $60 plus a day with no in/out service or doorman to help with bags a bummer. That being said all in all if it's just a quiet easy access to the French Quarter you're looking for then the property would fit the bill.

Overall, the staff did a wonderful job throughout our stay. There were a few instances where it would have been nice to have a restaurant onsite for either brunch or lunch, felt the continental breakfast left a little to be desired. Bar hours were a little odd for New Orleans but it is a small boutique hotel of which you don't always have everything.

Really nice hotel in a great location. Cute rooms, nice lobby and lobby bar, easy walking. We love non-big box hotels so this was perfect for us

Air conditioning would not go below 69. No desk in room. Unsafe area.

Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Our only comment was that the linens were a bit loud/crunchy.

3 Night Anniversary Trip to New Orleans.
One11 was beautiful and in a good location. The room was nice and it had a good atmosphere. The 8th floor balcony gives you a beautiful view of the city and MS River.
Negatives:
- Be aware that it costs $45/day to park in the lot attached to the hotel (this was unexpected)
- WATER PRESSURE was bad the entire time we were there but it is a very old building
Overall, we had a great experience and might stay here again our next trip to New Orleans

Trip was great!! Will definitely stat again.

One11 was definitely a clean and safe place to stay. I like the fact that you had to use the key to maneuver through the hotel or to different floors which was a bit annoying but a peace of mind knowing you and your belongings was secured and safe definitely a good & clean place to book if your going to the NOLA!

The history of the property was fascinating. The location unbeatable and all sites of interest are in walking distance. What was most important to us (multigenerational family: grandmother, moms and children) was safety and cleanliness, and this property delivered. It is extremely well maintained and safe. We will definitely stay at One11 next time we are in NOLA.

Beautiful boutique hotel for our trip. We loved the location and the room was very spacious and unique. The free breakfast offered some light fruit, yogurt, and bread just what was needed to balance out the very rich dinners we were eating! We'll be back.

The property is in a good area of the French quarter, close to the aquarium and across the mall. The staff isn’t very friendly and you have to request cleaning which is a non negociable for allergic people.

trains at 3am and the most awkward bathroom i’ve ever stayed with. the bathrooms have barn doors that don’t fully shut. have fun going to the bathroom two feet from your bed, smelling up the whole room. very nice otherwise.

My stay was amazing!! The hotel room was beautiful, and the hotel itself was exceptional. There’s some history behind it. Everyone was kind. We were even able to leave our bags in the front lobby so that we could explore a little bit before we went on our plane. Everything was just exceptional and comfortable! I would stay there again, all! In a heartbeat!!

Great experience and staff was very personable

It’s clean, quiet, and around everything you need. I didn’t walk more than 10/15 minutes to get to any of the tours I planned, restaurants I wanted to try, etc. Also, the hotel staff members are very kind and supportive. I would definitely rebook this hotel again. Another plus is that there were times where I was legit the only person in the pool/pool area lol. I’m very satisfied with my stay!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only small thing- there was no food or drink available most of the time. It would have been nice if we could have had an afternoon drink or lunch by the pool but food and drink wasn’t served until 3. There were no drinks in the convenience area and there were no minibars in the room either.

In such a great location, quiet, we walked right to bourbon st and all our Uber rides were short and cheap to Frenchmen st

There is not valet or parking. You need to park in a lot that is $45 per day. I would have picked another property if I knew this. Also, the train tracks are near and blow their horn all hours of the night.

Great property in a great historical building. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The building itself was surrounding by a parking lot on 3 sides so no one looking in but also different for around the French quarter. Overall the hotel and staff were amazing, our air carrier delayed our baggage, the staff were wonderful getting us toiletries and directing us where to go to get some replacement items for our stay.
Would definitely return and stay at One11 again.

Staff was incredibly rude. I go out of my way to greet all staff kindly and was met with rudeness at a level off the charts when checking in. This is my first bad review ever. Noisy area. At least warn guests about multiple ship horns or whatever blasts repeatedly throughout the night. How about a noise machine in the room so guests have the option to try to drown it out? We are going off 3 hours of sleep due to the noise. No safe parking! Parking is nearby but expensive and very unsafe. Pool is a glorified bath tub. So many other nice hotels in the area we have been to. 0/10 for this place! Stay anywhere else!

Such a beautiful hotel! It’s a renovated historic building, and they honored the architecture perfectly! Quiet location in walking distance to all that New Orleans has to offer but away from the madness of Bourbon Street. The staff was so nice! The beds were comfy and the rooms were outfitted with all necessary amenities.

My overall stay was great! The convenience of the pay park and proximity of the hotel is definitely a plus with it being literally around the hotel. Everything is within walking distance unless you just want to venture out. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel was beautifully unique- Exposed bricks and beams. We stayed there with our teenagers. It was within walking distance to many tourist attractions in New Orleans. We felt safe the entire time. My husband and I enjoyed the rooftop deck and had it to ourselves. The staff gave good restaurant suggestions. Note- You have to pay for parking. It was a little difficult to find as there was not a lot of signage. I would definitely stay there again.

I like how secured the property was, but the room was not as pictured on the website, and was dusty.
